We love staying here when we visit our cousins in Napoleon. This place is great! Once we stayed there and a car hit the power lines in town. The hotel put up flashlights and gave us all a discounted stay. We've stayed there several times and it's always been clean. The breakfasts are nice. There's a grocery store next door. The front desk staff are always very nice and responsive.

DON'T STAY HERE, EVER!!! My stay at the Super8 in Jackson was by far the worst motel experience I've ever had in my life. So much that I highly doubt that I will ever stay in a Super8 anywhere, ever again. The motel was dirty: linnens were stained and had either cigarette burns or holes from bugs; towels were disgustingly stained and some had old, dried paint on them; the little fridge and microwave were absolutely disgusting!! The TV was a piece of crap that kept shutting off intermittently throughout the day and night. There were several outlets that had black tape over them and they were beyond concerning looking. I'm really surprised the place hasn't burnt to the ground, as long as no one gets hurt, that may very well be the best thing that could happen to this location. The next morning after my first night there, I was woke up to some belligerent guest, literally screaming for a combined total of 30-45 minutes at staff, whom eventually ended up screaming and cursing right back at him. Then as if that wasn't bad enough, just prior to 11am, someone tried to enter my room, which thankfully I had the chain up. I was rudely told that "checkout is 11am and I needed to get out so the room could be cleaned." I politely responded that I was paid through Saturday morning and didn't need anything, thank you. I honestly feel like I should get a full refund for as horrific of an experience as it was!! I am actually thankful that the free breakfast was unavailable due to COVID, because considering the place was infested with bugs, I could only imagine what all bugs would be in or near a breakfast bar.

Do not book here! This place is terrible. The owner/manager is extremely RUDE. Pay another $25 and go someplace else. I wish I would have checked reviews before booking vs. only looking at price. My mistake and I had to pay the cancellation fee just so I could get the hell out of there.

Horrible! Most disgusting hotel we've ever been in. Wouldn't cancel the reservation! After seeing the stains on beding the rotten ceiling over bathtub the dirty floors and the horrible noise when turning on bathroom light. Filth... They at least put us in another room at least the bed was clean. Skirting wadnt and mold was all aroung. We slept and left.

Worst hotel ever This past weekend hotel stay was extremely disappointing. It was not clean at all. The bedding was dirty, fully of holes and not even neatly made. The towels were dirty. There were cracks in the floor between bath tub and toilet. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet (oblong toilet w/round seat, leaving gap between seat and front of toilet) the bath tub made a sounds like you were going to fall threw as soon as you stepped in and there was an outlet that was burnt and melted which looked like a major fire hazard. When we first arrived we had to wait over 20 mins for someone to come check us in. She gave us one key card and told us not to lose it or let it be deactivated by phone because they refuse to let us in our room in middle of the night if there is a problem. When we asked for a second key card for other adult in room they told us they could only allow one keycard per room. As of 10am the keycard was no longer working, but check out was 11 (thankfully was of us stayed in room to let other person in)
