Horrible experience in this place They overcharged me. They would not clean the place right even when I tipped the house keeper. They never fixed anything that broke down. Damn they don't do anything. They stole from me. The front desk people beg for you to feed them. They work her I don't think the supervisor is aware and then the Cleaning guy actually rubbed up on me and they are giving me a higher rate which is against the law to do. From what I've heard they make some of the working girl's give them 50$ extra just to be here are you kidding me? The water in the shower is cold it won't get hot. Why am I here?there are holes in the bedding and roaches and I was in a room that had bedbugs

Good price and location.. We traveled with our Daughter and Grandson and soent the night with Ants...no. I spelled that right. There were ants not only all over the sink but in the beds. We pushed on the mattress and they just kept coming out. Other than that, it wasn't a bad hotel. In a convienent location and a decent price. Good for a one night stay

Poorest Cleaning Service I Have Encountered When we got to the front desk, the lady was very nice when checking us in. That was the only nice part about the stay. We get into the room, and there are a few dead bugs and food crumbs everywhere. It looked like nobody cleaned under the bed in months, and I even saw a cigarette butt down there. The sheets were covered in stains. I went into the lobby and asked the nice lady if I could get new sheets since these were stained. The security guard got up from out of his chair, the only work he'd done all night, and had the audacity to ask me why I wanted new sheets. I told him because they were covered in stains, and I understand that this is a budget hotel but I expected at least a clean bed and clean sheets. I also let the lady at the desk know that in the bathroom were soiled women's underwear. Cannot make this stuff up! She said sorry for everything, but no compensation for the room. If it wasn't as late as it was, I would have asked for a refund to stay at a different hotel. In the morning, the cleaning women talked to each other so loudly that they served as my wake-up call. 7 in the morning is a little early for me on the weekends, but I could at least get ready for the day and leave that dump. I highly recommend not staying here to anyone. This trip was from last year, and I am traveling to Jacksonville again this year. I have already booked a place elsewhere.
