I was pleased to stay there and would definitely stay again! Far better than I expected, extremely clean, super pleasant employees. The breakfast was ok and it’s Florida but work on keeping the bugs to a minimum. Room rates were amazing and the property was very clean also

Absolutely DO NOT stay here We were driving from Virginia to Orlando, and wanted a place to just crash at the end of the day. Our plan was to finish our drive to Orlando in the morning with just a couple hours to go. So we drive all day, and arrive at this place. As a previous reviewer stated, we saw police cars sitting in the area. First thing we see if people doing drugs on the deck of the pool. We go into the hotel, and it's run down and smelly. They give us a room and it smells like wet cat and is just damp in there. My husband is allergic to cats, so he calls and asks for another room because he's already sneezy/runny. They give us a new room. The smell is "better". But the room is run down and dirty. The mattresses did not have mattress covers. Just a sheet and the sheets had hair, dirt, and holes in them. So you're basically sleeping straight on the mattress. Stains on the carpet, etc. Just absolutely disgusting and there was no way I was having my 5-year old sleep in this place. We sat in the hotel for an hour and did nothing but call every hotel we could find in Orlando and beg someone to find us a room. Everything was sold out. We found a room at Universal, got our bags, and finished the drive. Our room was refundable until 6pm. We arrived at 6pm and were gone by 7. Had we gotten there an hour earlier to find it completely uninhabitable, we would have received a refund. But not only are they misrepresenting this place online, they're magically now following the letter of the law when it suits them. Go ANYWHERE else, my friends.

DANGEROUS PLACE Passing through with pets, so our options were limited. The police car in the corner of the lot was out first clue, and if we were smart should have been our only one. At 6:30 in the morning, as I was pouring a cup of coffee four gunshots rang out in the hallway right outside our door. We went to the floor and called 911. A few seconds later the fire alarm went off and water started pouring through the door. A call to the desk went unanswered. Not knowing if it was safe outside our door, if there was really a fire, or the inch of water collecting in our room with all the power on - we took a chance and grabbed the pets and split. Outside the cops had the perp in the back of a patrol car and the fire department was looking for the water main. After 3 hours in the lot we were permitted to get the rest of our stuff. Not an offer of apology or a refund from the desk. Apparently this is normal. Stay away.

Keep Driving, not even your pets will be happy Just moved to FL and needed a temp stay with a pet. You were the only one with a room for the holiday weekend. Entered hotel through a plume of smoke with what looked like to be bums out front. Smelled like a kennel. Got to room and toilet was stained like it hadn’t been cleaned (front desk came up to clean it personally and claimed it was due to them not cleaning with harsh chemicals and hard water stains like in her own home) , floor was stained and bed covers were dirty. There was nowhere else they could put us. We couldn’t even walk barefoot. It was awful and nasty. We left out the next morning without even showering. We were charged double for the week we were scheduled to stay. For pictures of room please request, will be happy to share.

Not up to La Quinta Inn's standards I found the place in serious need of repair. The facet sink in the bathroom has so much corrosion on it that it looked like it would fall apart. The carpet was stained. There was paint on the chair in the room. The desk chair had a stain on it. The furniture is all marked up. I have stayed at other La Quinta Inns and have alway found them very nice. The staff could be a little more friendly. A smile once in awhile would be nice.
