Housekeeping Needs to be Checked. Housekeeping was not checking the room set-up. When we arrived there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper, an empty box of tissues, and the only coffee pod was one decaf - no regular. We went to the front desk and they gave us what we needed, but this shouldn't have happened. And the laugh was that the housekeeping left an envelope on the night stand for a tip. My tip was to set the room up properly.

Ac is terrible Sleeping in a 77 degree room for the second night. Staff was great brought a fan but the ac actually got worse as the night went. If your paying over 175 a night you should be able to sleep in a comfortable room . Staff was great but when the ac is ancient not much they can do.

Hilton hotel group should review this location Worst Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. Carpet in room badly stained, all over. Side security door to outside did not lock. Broken chair in room. Soiled (not stained, soiled) bed cover. Badly made beds with wrinkled sheets, looked as though they had been slept in. Rotted bathroom floor under old vinyl, felt like I was going to fall through to the room below. Coffee maker sat on top of microwave, on top of mini fridge, no cabinet. Elevator not functioning, had to carry bags up two flights of stairs, Every single piece of furniture had peeled off veneer. Very loud plug in fan at end of hallway as the air conditioner there was not working. No ice except at reception desk. Musty smell in hallway and room. Front reception person was complaining and unpleasant. I will say that the landscaping was well kept and tidy. I have stayed at many great Holiday Inn Express hotels, this was not one of them. Very over priced for an awful stay.

Poor management The good: the breakfast. Area was kept clean and food was always hot and plentiful. The okay: check in was fine. Recognized as a IHG member. Provided with a bottle of water and a packaged snack. The not so great: Housekeeping didn't bother cleaning (or "refreshing") our room for the first several days of our stay. The reception desk ladies provided us with additional towels and even a garbage bag for our overflowing trash. On the third day, I asked to speak with the manager, Derik. He seemed to feel that it was not his job (and clearly not his concern) that this happened. He even tried to tell me that it was policy not to service rooms regularly. I told him I'd certainly apologize if he could point that policy out to me at either his hotel or the IHG website. That didn't happen. There was no apology nor any follow up. We made our own beds, brought up our own cups and coffee pods, etc. for an relatively expensive room for the area. Pool area was not particularly clean. Hot tub was out of service the entire week. We won't be going back to this location even though we have family in the area and I'm a loyal IHG customer.

Very disappointing We are here for a baseball tournament, the elevator is not working, there is no number on our door which made it difficult to find our room, the room was not cleaned properly, and the air in the room was broken. We went to the front desk and they told us that they had tried to get call their manager over 15 times that day with no response because there were multiple rooms with no air. They gave us a fan and told us good luck on finding somewhere else to stay because all hotels were sold out. We ended up having to stay one night but found a hotel 40 mins away and will drive the 40 mins each way to watch the tournament. Very disappointed in our overall experience and we will not return.
