Excellence experience and loved the workout room along with the cozy beds. I loved the lady uplifting but warm spirit who was serving breakfast. Very polite with a beautiful smile while helping any and everyone in need of assistance. Plus the staff when checking in was very helpful and positive energy. I will return back to stay again.

Ms. Sandra The breakfast is phenomenal and Ms. Sandra is always on top of making sure everything is well stocked. This is our 2nd time in the last 3 months and she personally is the reason we came back again! The rooms are great to stay in as well and the manager is amazing as well. Amazing hospitality all around!

The Worst experience Bed bugs, roaches, and dead frogs I recently stayed at comfort suites near camp Lejeune. DO NOT STAY HERE! My reservation was for August 31,2023 to September 6,2023 for a king bed room. I checked in and paid in full for my entire stay. I went to my room on the 3rd floor. I immediately went to sleep as I was sick with a cold and had two flights before arriving. I woke up to use the restroom around 7p.m and when I opened the door there was a roach on the mirror I killed it and flushed it down the toilet. I called the front desk and asked do they have a problem with pest. They told me no but it’s been raining a lot lately and bugs will come in due to the rain. I requested a new room and was told I would be up charged because there were no more king bed rooms available. I asked could they make an accommodation and not charge me since I’m having a problem with pest and was told the system will automatically charge me. I decided to try to stay at least to the morning. I went back to sleep and felt crawling in my leg I woke up and there was bed bugs and one crawling right towards my face. I jumped up took pictures and grabbed my things and went down to the front desk to check out. As I was leaving I noticed a dead frog in the corner of the hallway. It was around 12:00 a.m now. I showed the front desk the pictures and requested a full refund. He said he couldn’t refund me because he wasn’t a manager and I’d have to call in tomorrow for a refund! I left and went to a new hotel and paid for another 6 night stay. I called in the morning and spoke to a manager(Alisha )she said there’s nothing they can do about water bugs. I requested a full refund she said she’d have to ask the regional manager if I could get refunded for the first night and I’d had to call back on Monday because the regional manager was currently on vacation until Monday. So she went ahead and refunded me for the remaining 5 days. I called on Monday and was told by the manager Alisha I’d be receiving a refund for the first night I asked her to send a refund receipt to my email she agreed. I never received any email for any portion of the refund! My account was refunded for the 5 nights and not the first. It was supposed to be two separate transactions since I was told I’d be receiving 2 separate refunds. The refund for the first night never came. I called comfort suites September 14th and asked to speak with management and I heard the manger in the background asking for what and was reluctant to take my call. I Was explaining the situation to him (Chris) as I’ve never spoken to him as I explained he interrupted me and asked what was my name in a condescending tone I asked could I speak with Alisha he told me she had been fired and they were under new management and he (Chris) was the regional manager he then proceeded to tell me that I would not be getting a refund because I stayed in the room past 30 mins and that was their protocol even though I was told I would be refunded! I told him he needs to honor the refund I was promised and asked what is the protocol for pest and he hung up on me. I called back multiple times he answered and would hang up without saying anything. There was no accommodation made for my inconvenience the whole stay and process of getting refunded was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I don’t live in NC so I can’t speak with anyone in person. I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this experience and stay. I was put at risk to possibly bring roaches and bed bugs back home. This is the worst I’ve ever had with a hotel. I’m still seeking my first night refunded as promised.

Steer clear of this location!! Steer clear. Many faults with this location. Room had spackle patches in many spots. Looked like someone partied hard in the room. Shower head sprayed everywhere but straight ahead. Want hot breakfast? Scrambled eggs were like little hard pellets. Had to go to front desk for fresh towels because room was not serviced. Tub very slippery and if you don’t play with shower curtain you flood the bathroom.

Terrible Experience This was a terrible experience for my wife and I. We were given a room. Then we found we could not lock the door when we were going out to dinner twenty after checking in. After three trips down stairs n talking to the front desk clerk about how to lock the door and then after it locked how to get back inside where our suitcases were still inside. She said no locksmith in Jacksonville was available or would not even come to the hotels for hours. We sat for two hours without even an apology or anything offered to appease our inconvenience. Finally the maintenance man came and within five minutes had the door open. He apologized over n over and said he would do anything to make our stay better including giving us a big discount of half off for the night. However we told him that we had already told the desk clerk to check us out and that she never offered us any type of discount or compensation. A sad beginning of our visit to see the grandchildren.
