Nope nope nope As soon as we walked past the people partying with the door open and the room with the broken window, we found that the door to our room was broken too. We high-tailed it out of there feeling like we needed a shower. The person working was nice enough to offer a refund, so I'll give them props for that. Otherwise, steer clear.

Check the room for roaches before you unpack Very disappointed - first off, it was hard to get into the room (153) - it was a key card that you had to positive 'just so'. It took me several tries. I had also seen about three squashed bug on the floor but figured they came in with the open door - NOPE, after taking a shower, I found roaches crawling on the chair, the wall and the ceiling. I went to the office and Mac (very nice and helpful) came, saw and moved me to a room next door (151) - asked if I thought it was ok, but I found a squished bug - we tried door number three (that was ok but I was skeeved out). Also there was a truck that kept changing locations in the parking lot - I was guessing he was dealing drugs since he did not seem to have a room - It was hard to view the program guide on the remote/screen (would not change stations nor tell me what was coming up). The microwave was clean but the turn table did not seem to go with the appliance. At least the refrigerator did not freeze food like the last time. A hair dryer was lying on the dresser but I did not try to use it (seemed as if it was supposed to be on the wall or removed. The bed was clean, the pillows ok, towels very thin. The place is reasonable price and pet friendly but the roaches and people in the parking lot were scary. Never again will I stay here! By the way, Mac at the front desk really tried hard! (but he had not much to work with - only good think was the hotel seemed empty so there were rooms to choose from and this door was easier to open) - oh on the morning I left, the toilet bowl would not fill - thus did not flush. (and I'm betting management will send me the standard response of 'we are sorry you had a bad experience but we are working on things - hope you stay again)

Great! I was traveling with pets and it was difficult to find somewhere to stay for the night. My daughter booked red roof that was within budget. Good move! Room was clean, quiet, pet friendly. Awesome shower pressure,hot water,nice bed. Will stay again!

Bring your own extra pillows!!! Booked the double room for three people and got a very good deal, considering every other hotel was charging a lot more for one extra guest. The room was clean but there were a couple of problems: not enough towels for all of us and when we asked for one extra pillow the desk employee said they had none……. Which made us think: there was probably a guest occupying a room by themselves and they had four pillows _….. Laughable, but really, how hard can it be to get one pillow in a hotel? Let’s just say don’t expect any added comfort if you decide to stay here. And if you let three people stay in a room, shouldn’t you supply them with the necessary amount of towels?

They put me in the Red Roof inn and it's got needles in the rooms and in the grass snow bank's. Never trust any bedding. I was in rm 121 with a homeless guy asking me for Crack Cocain. They listened to a Crack head to have me removed so he can bring in the users. Had me get escorted off the property. You have to be a junkie to live there. I fixed their sink full of needles... covid????? You are asking to have more than that living there. Rubber gloves and an Ira? _ he's got syflys now. Thanks for the Xmas gift __
