Peaceful and smooth Was one of the best stays of my life! Friendly staff all around from housekeeping to front desk. Great place for animals and kids, I have my cat and dog and child and they were very accommodating. Plus’s the coffee is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this hotel over any of the other pet friendly hotels in the area. I've really enjoyed my stay here at red roof inn Kalamazoo West location, the staff has been so kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the bedding and towels were new and fluffy. The grounds are kept up on and it is a wonderful place for pets.

I would recommend the red roof inn west to anybody. The staff is friendly and the neighborhood is a very nice location. The people are wonderful and kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the dog area is spacious. The pillows are fluffed and the bedding is nice. The red roof inn west has interior and exterior amenities that keep the environment a place to thrive.

Red Roof West is recommended I found the customer service to be very helpful. They're helpful with giving accommodations as needed. They have clean linen and give toiletries as needed. I absolutely have 0 complaints about this hotel. I also love the free coffee. My overall stay was great.

Red Roof West was a Great Experience My overall stay at Red Roof West has been one of the most memorable stays. The staff are very friendly and courteous to the guests needs. They are available if there's anything that's needed. They greeted us very properly. Room was clean. Had clean linen. I would recommend family and friends to the Red Roof West location any time. Thanks Red Roof West for making our stay here very comfortable and memorable.
