Not Impressed Stayed here only because it was required for my son's baseball tournament. The whole place lacks appeal and upkeep. Very run down. Room smelled musty, bathtub had rust stains, tv in bedroom didn't work well. Thankfully we were only only on-site about 8 hours. Would never come back willingly. Embarrassment to the Embassy Suites and Hilton brand. If you can't maintain it, shut it down!

Major Disappointment. We were staying at E. Suites for a family wedding in the area. We traveled with my mother who has low vision and limited mobility. I called the hotel, prior to our arrival, and spoke with a manager who assured me the room was bright and suitable for my mom. She was nice and moved us to an adjoining room. The rooms smelled badly, carpet was filthy - dusty and dirty. I did not want to take off my socks to walk on the carpet. The carpet between our rooms was, "bubbled up and loose" and was a tripping hazard. When my mom called to report it the next day, the representative said, "Would you like for us to fix that?" Even after the, "repair," it was still a hazard and was not repaired well. The walls are muddy brown and light bulbs are more of a yellow light and not bright at all - many of the shades had holes in them and were in need of replacing. The shower curtain liner was dirty. The carpets in lobby and dining area were dingy and very dirty. There was an old blood stain on the blanket on my bed. The shower worked well - bathroom sink did not drain well. The rooms smell like smoke - curtains dirty, stains and scuff marks everywhere - truly disappointing for spending over $200/night. The pool is cold and very small. Many residents of the hotel smoked and would congregate outside of the front doors, many cigarette butts all over the ground for days. This is not an effective way to attract or keep guests who don't smoke and don't wish to look at trash all over the grounds. My mom complained to the front desk about her room, carpet hazard, etc. - no offer to compensated her at all. We would definitely not recommend this hotel or stay again. It was very disappointing.

Old, dirty, and badly maintained Checked in and had requested a room on high floor away from elevator. Was given room directly across from elevator. Requested to move and was put in another room. New room was dirty with crumbs and dust/dirt on floor and in sink and two spots on carpet with a sticky substance like jam. Security latch was falling off the door frame. After 15 minutes of walking around on the floor in white socks, the were no longer white underneath, but turning gray/black. We have a toddler and a crawling infant and I just could not let them play on the floor. Requested a deep cleaning for the following day, since we'd all unpacked. Went to bed and found it to be like a hammock. Had to take pain medication for my back to get through the night. Front desk had the audacity to suggest our socks were getting dirty because the room carpet had probably just gotten cleaned. Pure BS, but strangely enough, an excuse I've heard at another Hilton hotel with the same issue. Wonder if it's a standard excuse they are taught. Requested a move to another room the next morning - back to the one across from the elevator... This room had a clogged bathtub, flickering lights in the bathroom, and the furnace/AC would only cool or be turned off, so no regulating the temperature up, only down. Made for a cold first night for our kids sleeping in beds closer to the floor, until I learned to turn it off well before bedtime to let the room warm up a bit. In both rooms, the dining table had only two chairs. Not easy to eat there for four people. The bathrooms had only one hook on the back of the door. Good luck drying four towels that way. Bathroom door skimmed just over the top of the floor, getting caught on the bath rug all the time. Breakfast area had only one cook preparing 'to order' food, which usually meant a wait of 15+ minutes. We ate from the buffet instead and that food was pretty good. Breakfast staff only spoke Spanish and understood very little English. When we asked for a non-broken high chair for our 1-year-old, the lady either didn't know, didn't understand, or couldn't be bothered to find one. Hotel looks to have been built in the 80's and to have only the most necessary maintenance and updates done (as cheaply as possible). Rooms had several large scuff marks (or dirt) on the walls, colors were all shades of beige and brown that went out of style in the 90's, AC/furnace was VERY loud (which drowned out the sound of the elevator, thankfully), elevators (three) are painfully slow and small for an 8-floor hotel, meaning they are often packed when it's full. All in all, this is a bad Hilton property that we'll never stay at again. Staff at the front desk were nice enough, but I had to ask for compensation for the problems, nothing was offered. I got a return of the equivalent of one night's points promised, though I have yet to receive them.

Bad News Inn Bad news Bad Shap, Not Maintained just a money maker. I stayed here a few years ago but quickly reminded why I always stay at Homewood Suites next door. My first room, 220, boardroom, had no TV in the boardroom, weird. I moved to a corner double that was good until I woke up to use the bathroom, and the floor was flooded, dried, then the next day wet again without warning. The breakfast was the Best part of the stay. The employees at the des look worn, unhappy, and stressed. I will not be staying here any time soon. Dr. K. King, Diamond Member

Stolen Delivered Food, No Cameras We stayed at this hotel. It’s nice inside, but they have no cameras watching the floor. We ordered food for our family to our room and it got stolen from outside our room (which I’m sure people know isn’t cheap nowadays anyways). There’s a picture of it being delivered to our door. When confronted front desk and manager, they laughed and stated they couldn’t believed that happened then apologized. They also said they don’t have cameras watching the floors so there’s nothing they can do. For being such a nice hotel, I don’t feel safe they don’t have cameras monitoring their floors. That’s ridiculous. This is Embassy Suites by Hilton. Supposed to be a top hotel chain. I’m not impressed at all by the management of this hotel.
