Clean rooms but very disappointing service Rooms were phenomenal and beds comfortable. The hot breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was dry and overcooked. The area with the food was very small and cramped. No access to ice machines. We had to fill up coolers by going into the kitchen. The overall front desk service was disappointing as well. Hotels are more expensive than ever and they are cutting corners in many areas reducing value considerably. Blaming the Covid hoax for lack of service has become an excuse for businesses. The kitchenette was nice but how much cooking can one do with no pots and pans or utensils?

This place went way downhill My wife and I stayed here for eight nights while visiting family. We’d stayed here in summer 2019 and had a very good experience. This time was way worse. -Our room wasn’t available when we arrived at around 7:15 PM, over four hours after the stated check-in time. -The common areas were extremely dirty and run down. When we checked in there was an exploded bottle of lotion on the floor of the elevator, which wasn’t cleaned up for around 24 hours. -We didn’t get housekeeping service in our room once during our 8-night stay. There was a sign at check in saying they were only cleaning once a week because of COVID, but we didn’t even get that—and I don’t really buy that the reason for this was to protect guests since they seemed to have so little regard for our health in other respects (see below). -The coffee tasted like dishwater. -We didn’t see a single staff member wearing a mask the entire time there—and I highly doubt they were all vaccinated. This place needs to be de-flagged immediately.

Sold my home Very nice room, bedroom & bathroom separate from kitchen & living room. Kitchen had cook top, dishwasher, dishes coffeemaker, coffee filters, refrigerator with ice maker, table, chairs nice desk. Sofa sleeper. Worth it for a week. Will/Would stay again. Their breakfast to me was not the best. I was actually worried about anyone with diabetes if they eat it, was juice, muffin,yogurt & a fruit cup. No hot breakfast.

Yikes Well have to say this use to be our favorite hotel I believe after this trip we will not return. 1. Hotel room was dirty and not cleaned and or sanitized before we checked in . ( this info was emailed to me from the GM of the hotel ) we found dirty Kleenex’s and trash in the drawers plus food on the kitchen floor . 2. Found mold growing on the back of the bathroom door !! The bathroom tiles were falling off the wall. 3. The smell from the bathroom would remind you of a 50 year old casino . 4 Avoid the pool area !!!!!!!! Most of the lights are burnt out and they have not bothered to replace them ! The hot tub is out of order and they did not bother to drain it 100 percent enjoy the smell of green water !!! 5 I advised the front desk about wet carpet and the mold in the bathroom she said they would have some one up immediately to fix it !! They never did !!! 6. I did exchange emails with the GM and he stated he was sorry about a dirty room and had hoped we would stay again . My response was I am disgusted how you handled this and in turn I have not heard back from him. 7. Room requests were ignored and key on phone did. Not work !!! 8. So my advice if you want to stay in a dirty disgusting hotel room this is the place for you !!!!

Oh how things have changed First overnight trip in a year was shocking. This relatively new hotel looked worn and unkept. Carpets were dirty and common areas were dusty. The room was fine but looked worn for a newer hotel. Looked to me that maintenance has been lacking for the last year Tried contactless checkin which worked. Got electronic key on my phone but it would not open the door. What a disappointment to have to then go stand in a checkin line. While restraints in the area are all open and running full capacity, this hotel provided a “grab and go” bag rather than the advertised hot breakfast. Checked the website and it clearly says “Free Hot Breakfast”. Won’t stay here again
