Good, not great The area felt safe & the hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Only issue is my reserved room was not ready when we checked in at 4. They did find us a clean room but the AC had not been on so it was dreadful hot. It took all night to cool down. We pretty much slept without covers!

Absolutely disgusting, stay away Awful hotel, run down. Rooms were dirty, saw roaches and broken fixtures. Exterior of property had trash everywhere and dumpsters overflowing. Several people in the daytime hours wandering in and around the parking lot that appear to have been on drugs. Did not feel safe. Brought a couple of issues to the attention of management and they were very dismissive, didn’t seem to care. We planned to stay multiple nights but left after the first night because it was just that bad. Would give zero stars if I could.

OK Overall 3/5 This was hard to rate. Briefly, the room and bathroom were newly and totally renovated. In fact, I was the first person in the room. I know this because they hadn't finished setting everything up and really needed another several hours. The coffee maker and hair dryer were still in their boxes. The new refrigerator and (oddly) ancient microwave were stacked and not plugged in. The lamp shades still had the plastic on them. Desk lamp wasn't plugged in. No garbage cans in the room. No soap dish in the shower. No toilet paper or toilet roll holder! There were no cups, coffee, tea, etc. There were seven remote controls on the desk. The room smelled of paint. They really shouldn't have rented out my room until they finished. Of course, I could have asked for another room, but I was intrigued. Pros: The room was clean, the AC worked, towels were in place. Location is good. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was average. Cons: no towel racks in the bathroom. The left button on the toilet had to be held down through the entire flush cycle and didn't work in the morning (and it's a brand-new toilet). The hot water was hot enough for a shower, but not for a bath. Check-in was torturously slow, even with a reservation and being a Diamond member. Parking didn't look sufficient. Room key didn't work on the fitness room door or the outer doors (other guests keys didn't work either). The outer doors were in bad shape. I probably would have rated this place 4/5 if the room hadn't been unfinished. Overall, they're trying to upgrade; one more hour finishing my room would have made the difference. But in other areas - check-in, door locks - they're sorely lacking.

** Warning ** Take advantage of disabilities My family checked in for one night with an emotional support animal (with doctor's documentation). After the fact my family realized that an extra $100 was added to the bill. When I contacted them they said that charge was for the pet and that that my family never said/nor produced evidence that it was an ESA. The manager refused to cooperate and I am therefore filling an ADA complaint. Stay away from this place.
