Bed Bugs!!!!! My wife and I checked in here after losing our house in a fire. My wife kept feeling like she was getting bit and had welts, we finally tore the bed apart and found bed bugs! We recorded them crawling and called the front desk where the manager proceeded to yell at us, cut us off and be completely unprofessional!!! They told us to file a claim with their insurance and refused to give us the insurance information! We called who we booked it through and all they did was call the manager who refused to refund us!!! This is DISGUSTING!!!!

Traveling from Syracuse NY to Florida needed a nap! Clean rooms for a great price!! Friendly workers! Zero complaints for a good sleep spot! Small refrigerator and microwave for you as well! With other reviews I was skeptical! But really glad we took the chance! Thank you for a great stop! Make sure to check out truck stop close by!

NASTY STAFF AND ROOMS! I don’t even know where to begin as there were multiple problems at this awful place! There was a woman at the front desk who had an attitude problem. We were told her name is Marissa and she has a hoop piercing on her nose. My wife requested two extra towels and Marissa told her that the entire place was out of towels. Then, my wife was explaining the reason why she wanted extra towels and she just said “I don’t care”. As my wife initially gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to be friendly and talkative with her she did not look like she wanted to talk and would follow up every thing my wife said with “I don’t care”. This place was also dirty. The first room they gave us, the lights didn’t turn on at all. Then, in the other room they gave us the bathrooms did not look like they were cleaned and it was so gross that we showered with flip flops. The stairs had so much moss on them. It’s evident they don’t care about the people staying here having that girl with the attitude problem, dirty rooms and walkways . I would stay at the other motels that are right in the same complex. They’re probably better than this filthy place!

One word: soundproofing. Th place is badly in need of basic soundproofing. There are gaps under both the outside door and the one connecting to the adjoining room. You can literally see light under both, (see attached photos) and you can hear literally every word of every conversation in the next room. You can feel cold air under the outside door and the interstate is maybe 150 feet away with no tree cover or sound barrier, so you can hear traffic as if you were hitchhiking. I’m surprised anyone stays the full night. Noise cancellation headphones may not even be up to the task. They clearly know this, so no one is manning the 24- hour counter when you depart in the morning. They have the lobby door locked and a clipboard for you to log that you dropped off your key, but no actual key slot. You can slide it through the slot and let it fall on the floor.

Good place to spend a night or more. NO BUGS, This motel was very clean. Best experience in a while. Some things were a little dated and some were recently remodeled. The only negative was the air conditioner was a little noisy, but I saw about 20 new air conditioner units waiting to be installed. All in all I would definitely recommend this motel as a place to stay.
