Wonderful I love the staff- I have stayed here for four months. This was a pleasant stay and I cannot wait to stay longer Loreal and the rest of the front desk staff. Thank you for what all you do- this was such a great stay and I love it here thank you doe all that. You do- I love coming to extended stay

NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!! DO NOT WALK IN THIS NASTY STINKY FILTHY HOTEL! I booked this room thinking that I could possibly stay. I knew when I walked in that I would have problems. My daughter and friend and daughter went into the room and immediately noticed that the room wasn’t clean. I asked for another room and asked to look at it. Due to time restraint we had to get to a dance competition and left. Shortly after arriving back same issue, dirty toilet didn’t flush and no hot water. The lady at the desk that people a praising “Tammy” has not one customer service bone on her body. Rude and disrespectful however she thought that I was wrong for being dissatisfied and felt entitled to being respected after addressing me as if I wasn’t the guest. I asked for my money back. She had no clue how to refund the money and I request that the manager speaks with me and she said that the manager won’t speak to guest. I asked her “if she would stay in those nasty rooms with her child?” She said “No!” She stated that the staff doesn’t care. She didn’t try to make any accommodations for us. We had to find another hotel. I went in on the today 4/20/2024 to speak with the manager “Oreal” and she was just as rude. She was immediately defensive. I can’t believe that they think a guest should be ok with sleeping in a filthy room and not have hot water. The owner and I’m sure whomever they are do not care about their facility nor who they allow to work the front desk. They all can benefit from a customer service class. BURN THAT FILTHY DISGUSTING PLACE DOWN!

If you are staying for one night, don't stay here. I was reminded of the old joke when the Innkeeper says, "You'll have to make your own bed. That's OK. Then he hands the guest wood, saw, a hammer and nails." Years ago I made a mental note that ESA was not for me. Unfortunately, I decided to give them another chance because they had a good rate for the NOLA area. My plans changed a bit and upon checking in, requested a double. The receptionist assured me it would only be a $10.00 up charge. It was actually $26.00, my bad. Our room was small and quite austere; pots and pans in the cupboard but no dishes or utensils. I went to the front desk and asked where the ice machine was located and how I might go about getting dishes. ESA does not have ice machines (a memory from my last stay with ESA that I thought would surely have been resolved by this time) and that I had to ask for a "Dish Package " since they no longer left them in the room. When I returned to our room with the Dish Package in hand, I was made aware that the shower curtain was laying on the sink! Indeed, it was, along with the curtain rod and other items for repair. On my way back from procuring ice (no one was at the desk on my second pass-through) I told the receptionist that I didn't think the room she gave us was usable due to the bathroom being in disrepair. She asked why I hadn't said anything earlier and I told her I had just found out and it wasn't my habit to check out the bathroom when I walk in the door. The issue was resolved satisfactorily by putting us in a different room. The Staff was very cordial and willing to please, but the accommodations seem to be better suited to corporate tenants on a long term basis with minimal expectations. I would definitely not recommend for a one night stay.
