Baymont by Wyndham Kennesaw

One lightbulb short If you need a place to just lay your head this is it, but if you are looking for a little more find another place, property wise it's dated and the bedding is well used so take what you need to make you comfortable.

Terrible If I could give it zero I would. The place was super dirty and nasty! Floors dirty, walls dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. The entire place smelled of mildew and sour.

Home away from home This place was amazing the staff all of them l, my kids loved the pool, breakfast was great, the cleaness of the hotel was amazing also

Simple and Cheap Fixes Would Make this Hotel So Much Better I have stayed at this hotel many times. Not the best hotel in the area by any stretch of the imagination, but usually good enough for what you pay. On my most recent visit, the room was a bit better than usual - with hard surface flooring (not carpet). But there were black splotches on the floor in several places (the hallway too!), that would be easy to remove. The TV in the fitness room is STILL not working (it hasn't for something like a year). On my three day stay, the breakfast area had bananas and yogurt available. No other fresh fruit (there never is). On the second day, neither bananas nor yogurt. On the third day yogurt available, but still no bananas, and the English muffins were stale (rock hard). Look, I understand that you get what you pay for, but this stay wasn't particularly cheap. Management could take steps to make this hotel so much better with not too much more effort or expense. Would more fresh fruit and yogurt, cleaning the floors more thoroughly, and fixing the fitness center room TV cost that much more? Maybe. But it's not as expensive as the customers that you no longer attract. I am not sure that I will be back. Even on this visit the Fairfeld Inn was only slightly more expensive, but I was lured back to the Baymont by a promotion by Wyndham for extra rewards points. It may not be enough on my next visit to Kennesaw.

Front desk service was kind but not knowledgeable on rooms and what they had to offer. Tub had mold. Nickel & dime you Customer service not knowledgeable. Posting in the bathroom for cost of items you steal?_. Are they assuming I am going to steal. Charge if you request late check out. Floor dirty. Bathtub had mold. Will not be staying at a Baymont again. We usually like Wyndham hotels but very disappointed with this one. Do not recommend. For the same price many other options for nicer hotels in that area
