Pretend You're Staying Somewhere Else The other recent one-star reviews are accurate. In addition to what was stated in those other reviews, quarter-size holes dotted the bedspread, twelve-inch rips adorned the sides of the mini-fridge, and the outdoor trash bin openings were glued shut. The sheets and towels smelled fresh but were thin and stained. The bathroom ceiling was stained, the tiles appeared to have black mold, and the carpet did not appear to be recently vacuumed. The location did not offer breakfast. This was not the worst place I've stayed in the US, but it's one of the worst five.

Definitely paying way too much to stay in a place like this … First off I’ve stayed here about three times just because it was a decent price at the time . First room I stayed in the bathroom door was broken & would get stuck when closed, office chair is ripped in every room pretty much second time I stayed here was even worse bed is just itchy , shower & tub looks dirty there was no shower curtain… my last stay here same thing with the bathroom door this time it doesn’t shut all the way , cable is horrible & WiFi is constantly acting up , floors covered with dirt , dents and holes in the walls , literally heard little feet running in the walls and then heard squeaking I’m most definite there is rats in the wall which is disgusting… all they have to offer is a new room which is probably no better than the first . I don’t care $75 a night is too much even for this place … they don’t take care of the interior or exterior of the building this place is a joke they don’t even have breakfast like cmon now not worth it at all .

Have your TB shot! I have stayed at a wide range of hotels, but BY FAR this is the absolute WORSE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN! RRI’s I thought you changed your image around? Not clean in any sense, furniture ravaged- this room looks like it’s from a horror movie, a complete sh*t show. Nothing screams welcome to KSU than maybe I should sleep outside! Bring sandals to use in shower and you definitely don’t want to walk barefoot either. Do they own a vacuum? I don’t even feel comfortable sitting on the toilet (that guess what? Running non-stop), is it rude to ask for seat covers? I highly suggest always having Lysol and Clorox wipes on-hand, even after deodorizing and sanitizing, it’s an atrocity! My reference to RRI, I was staying at the one a mile from this one, (when rebooking my night online, it booked me here- ehh why not?) the other one looks like a four seasons or St. Regis to this one. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, let me just SAY- BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!

Horrid Found blood on the bathroom door, cigarette burns on the bed, holes in the walls, drugs being dealt in the back parking lot, knife cuts in the seat, cigarette stains on the walls, no water pressure. Possibly the worst place ive stayed. I attempted to book a room 8 miles up the road at a different nicer hotel, but the hotel agency that owns both places told me the microtel i attempted to book at was full so they would give me a room at the red roof inn in a deluxe 2 bed room. If this is deluxe, id hate to see the economy room. Ill never stay here again or anywhere else owned by this company. Very unsatisfied with my stay. Called the hotel agency and was given a 10% discount but im not stopping until my stay is free.
