Horrible Avoid if all possible staff is unwilling to help at all it's another business that is all about money and not it's customer's. If you rebook past your original stay be prepared to pay another deposit. I'm giving this place a zero rating. The towels had stains. Under the bed was extremely dusty no garbage can room smelled like wet dog people were hanging around the balcony, kids running around loud music. Please stay away from this place spend the 10 dollars extra for better service because this place is run down and it's not worth the price.

Not the hometown I expected We booked reservations in August for a four night stay starting September 20 this year. We arrived after 10pm and went to the office where there were several people talking to an employee. Everyone was told that the hotel was full up and no rooms were available. I advised we had a reservation, the employee advised that we would get a refund for the cancellation. My husband asked if it was going to be a full refund, he said yes a full refund and closed the door in our faces. I contacted the company we booked the hotel stay through and they advised that the hotel management is not taking responsibility for refunding our funds. I called the hotel directly and was transferred several times. I filed a "formal complaint" with their customer service department (Mario) but when I called back to check on the refund progress i was shuttled around a bunch, told there was no complaint filed and put on hold for over ten minutes. All we asked for was return of our hotel funds when THEY cancelled our reservation. Never going to Choose Red Roof Inn in any way shape or form in the future

WE ARRIVED & NO ROOM AVAILABLE We booked a room and we arrived there they said there’s no room available. We traveled from other side of us, arrived at night exhausted left no where to sleep at because this place lied to us and other people who booked here. Not just no sleep but we had to deal with calling back & forth with the booking company for cancelation. What a f**king waste of our money & time.

Hotel Experience hell Front desk is terrible, there wasn't any clean linen, I was charged an extra 20$ because I checked out at 1103 am ( check out is at 11am) in my room, bathroom was dirty. And when I checked out two days later, I got a receipt of my stay and didn't see the 20$ late charge fee,so That tells me front desk pocket my late fee money. I've seen and heard ppl get threatened by staff at this establishment. I was In disbelief when I was charges an extra 20 bucks for being one minute late to check out. And I can't get a refund or comped. Never in my life will I come there again.

Worst case scenario, a room you can’t stay in After driving all day to get there, I was informed at check in that my reservation had been canceled because the room had been “double booked”. When I complained, the desk lady comforted me by saying it had already happened to 15 people that day. So, off to drive in the dark to find a different hotel somewhere. Hopefully this hypothetical hotel will still have rooms after being bombarded with HomeTown Studio reservation rejects.
