Loved it here !!! What a fantastic place !! Lovely setting, rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished. Free wifi, air con, fridge, comfy beds. The pool was gorgeous although not big, with a nice pool bar around. Also had use of the sister hotels facilities across the road. A stroll along Duval Street and you are in the heart of Key West. Small beach just a minutes walk away with larger beach slightly further. Just round the corner from the Southernmost point (as the name of the hotel suggests !!). Easy to find (well, using sat nag anyway) and plenty of parking. Would love to go back someday

I'm not in Disney Even though it is Florida my experience was very different from being in Disney surrounded by amazing customer service. My typical go to as a frequent traveler is Marriott properties where the staff is empowered to make appropriate decisions for great customer service. I felt that the environment was not set up to have the guests feel welcomed or appreciated. It bothers me after an expensive roomrate to feel like an outsider. Maybe that is more common with smaller hotel brands, but I would not rebook a room there. All and all it was a very disappointing experience.

Beautiful Hotel, Mostly Nice Staff, Not Resort Service We stayed here with friends for three nights in June. (4 of us - Two Moms and Two Kids). I did like the location. Easy Parking, but you had to pay $10 a day. I liked how you could just walk to Duval Street; The Southernmost Point and look at the ocean. The Concierge was very helpful. We were able to by tickets for the FURY Ultimate Adventure, Conch Tour Train and the Key West Aquarium right from the hotel. He also suggested we take a cab to Mallory Square. Best idea! Grounds were beautiful as well as the pool (we were at the one near the bar which was for families) loved how it lit up at night! There is an adults only pool, did not go there. We were also given an upgrade as soon as we arrived! Now for what gave this place only 3 stars. I have never stayed at a resort before, besides at Disney World and this place was a bit pricey for a single parent, but felt it would be worth it. It was no different than a nice hotel (Hampton Inn ect.) that a single parent could afford.. No breakfast included in the price. We were on the bottom floor and our friends were upset because it seemed that the people above us were running back and forth all night. My daughter and I are used to that because we live in a condo. So, you may want to stay on the 2nd. Floor if you do not want to hear the noise. The air conditioner needed to be drained of water, which our friends had to do in the middle of the night, should have been done before our arrival (especially if this was an upgrade) Also, the cleaning people left their cart outside our door the whole first night. The next day of our stay we requested some more towels because we had four people in our room at 8 a.m. in the morning before we left to go on our FURY adventure. We arrived back at the hotel around 5:30 tired from being on the ocean all day to arrive at our room to find a pile of towels placed on a chair and room had not been cleaned!!!! no Coffee for the next day, SMALL trash cans overflowing. not a welcome sight to see when you are tired. went to the front desk and the cleaning people brought us some more coffee and emptied the trash, that is all we really needed done and they were really nice about it. My friend also mentioned about the people upstairs again and they did offer to switch us to the rooms by the beach which were really nice, but the kids did not want to pack up and move and we were too tired to argue. So they did try to fix the situation which was good kudos! Monday when we arrived back from sightseeing and the sunset cruise hint hint late arrival. Our key would not work!!! Tired. We had to wait to have the battery changed. I would think with resort prices you would have a time schedule set as to not inconvenience your customers. What if I arrived home at 2AM???When we were checking out and driving home that day (needed to get an early start) they decide to offer us a free breakfast. A little to late, needed to get on the road, should have been done sooner. Also, when we were packing up to leave, the cleaning people stayed near the doorway and wouldl not move until we left! Where were they, when we needed them to clean our room???? Wierd and Rude.

My favorite place to stay I love this hotel! From the beds, the rooms, housekeeping, the friendly staff. I have stayed here twice and have no desire to try another hotel. There are 3 pools, a beach and amazing drinks. The hotel is located within walking distance to so many popular bars and restaurants.

Nice place but not my favorite The hotel is gorgeous and has adequate parking for jam packed Key West. There seemed to be alot of young people on their honeymoons which is great but being middle aged I just didn't feel at home. I was ready to leave the day of check out. Key West is too crowded and the streets are so small. Lots of walking bring your running shoes you will be glad you did. The room seemed a bit worn out. Our room faced the ocean but felt like there was not alot of privacy. The beach was ok nothing to write home about. We ate at the restaurant on the beach and the food was good and waitstaff friendly. Great location of the hotel if you like busy hustle and bustle.
