Kihei Bay Vista - Maui Condo & Home

Absolutely loved our stay Beautiful place to stay. Our condo was well equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer. It also had beach chairs and a cooler we could use to take across the road to the beach. The pool was lovely and clean and maintained every morning. The complex has bbqs/grills. We never used inside, instead spent all our time on the deck enjoying the Hawaiian climate. Check in with a code was easy, and well communicated from the rental agency we booked through. Highly recommend

Great View , Not so nice condo We stayed in unit A103 from November 17th till December 19th, 2022, we had stayed in this same unit in January 2020 and it was fine, the unit has gone downhill, we found mold on the bathroom shower curtain, and on the bath mat in the tub, the bathroom vanity has one door just hanging and will not close, the outdoor furniture is metal and is rusty to the point I cut my arm, the broadloom in the condo is very badly stained, the living room furniture is old and tired a good shampoo might help, my wife had to clean all the pots and pans as they were left very dirty, the kitchen has been redone is nice, the bedroom in the ad says King but is a Queen, the ad did say no air in bedroom HOT HOT the suns hits the bedroom all day even with the blinds closed by bedtime its like 85 degrees they supplied 3 fans and you need all them going 24 hrs a day. We took pictures of all the issues and went to show Rentals Maui what the condo is really like, they were very responsive to our issues and did give us some compensation, We have used Rental Maui for our last 4 visits and I would use them for our next trip but I would never stay A103 again. Kihei Bay Vista is a nice clean complex not large has a great pool and spar tub, the grounds are kept in tip-top shape, very clean BBQ, and parking is good, best part is right across the street to the beach. close to everything, use Kehei Rent a Car older reliable cars had one for a month was all over the island not any problems with it, and great local people to deal with and good savings compared to airport rentals.

Excellent Condo in Paradise! Kathy at Paradise Vacations was such a pleasure to work with. We initiated our communication through chat and the payment process was very easy. We spent 6 days in these condos, our condo had it's own private patio-perfect for an evening dinner. I definitely enjoyed my stay here. First the condo was very spacious, extremely clean and had a great "At Home" feeling. The court yard, pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor grills were clean and well kept. The parking lot had plenty of parking, very clean and well lit. Property is absolutely beautiful! Not to even mention that the condos are located directly across the street from Kalepolepo Beach and Hawaiian island Humpback Whale National Association. The location is superb, located in Kihei within 1 mile of markets, shopping areas and gas station. Our vacation was definitely 6 days in Paradise! NO More Hotel Rentals for me! Definitely will rent again when i'm on the island of Maui. :)

Very nice condo; Great location Despite the condo not having a microwave, I would still give it a 5 star rating. We are just so used to heating up food in the quickest way possible, but the stove and all the pans are available to use. The place is nice and clean; well stocked. You can grab anything you need for your day at the beach in the closet. One thing I noticed was that 4 out of 5 rides (whether Uber/Lyft, tour pick-up), the drivers always go to the condo south of Kihei Bay Vista. Must have something to do with the GPS. Make sure to give the driver the address, not the name of the condo. Kerry, the manager was extemely nice and answered all my questions. Located right across from the beach. But I will definitely come back to this place.

Stay in paradise We stayed here for about a week! any spot on this property is equally beautiful. You’re either facing the ocean or pool. It was fully equipped with anything you might need and more. It was smartly located. Short drive to any part of the island ! Perfect stay, happy stay!
