Worse hotel in Texas! Should be condemned and torn down! This place is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It is disgusting from the moment you enter the doors there is dirt, filth, and who knows what on every surface from floor to ceiling. It reeks with the smell of cigarettes, marijuana, dogs, urine and feces. There are dead bugs and filth in the air-conditioning unit and dirt and roach droppings in all the drawers and cabinets. You can find live roaches under the sink. There was also would appear to be dog or human feces smeared on some of the walls , and mold and mildew on most surfaces. I booked for two weeks, but left after one night with an upper respiratory infection. To top it all off, they refuse to refund the remainder of my more than $800. Avoid WoodSpring suites Killeen at all cost!

Roaches, no management, no maintenance, drug dealers circle parking lot, they lock you out of your room every am at 10 a Worst no maintenance no management drug dealers everywhere, roaches, unfriendly staff , lazy and don't care, just complete disaster, the doors all slam bc maintenance can't or won't adjust doors , kids run all over the place.

Killeen vacations July 2021 First there were no one on site at the time we arrive. Rooms were dirty, run down and noisy. We stayed one night and left. No towels in the room. The person that supposed to be at the desk very rude and no manners

Best in Killeen Good place for the price . Comfortable bed, smoking room . Only hotel I stay at when in Killeen as I find the location convenient . When I want a better room I go to Austin , like the Hyatt Regency on Lady Bird Lake. This is as good as it gets in Killeen

Good stay Everything was good. Easy check in. Seemed like new beds which was nice. No breakfast but thats ok. Room was clean. Quiet place. Gentleman at the desk was nice and helpful. Will stay again if in town.
