Poor customer service at front desk Customer service on front desk is extremely poor ! We checked in at night very late and checkout next day morning. It was for a night stay for me and my husband on our way to Quebec. We love cookies from doubletree , while we check out my husband asked for cookie and a girl who was assisting us at front desk said “not for you , we only give cookie while you check in” she refused for cookies in front of other guest and that was so rude and very disrespectful! By the way at night before while we checked in , the other staff lady did not give us any welcome cookies ! very poor customer service !

New hotel great stay Great stay. New hotel. Finally, a Hilton in the market. They have a restaurant Cannery great food. Breakfast at dinner . Bed was super comfortable. Internet speeds food. Skype for over an hour and clear crisp signal. Staff was friendly. Beautifully desighn
