Mixed Bag On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly. On the minus side, the AC didn't work (we didn't realize this until we got back at 11 p.m.) and the remote/TV wouldn't work. The desk person came and gave us a different remote, but we could only get one channel to work.

Terrible customer service. Will NOT ever book reservations again at this motel. Terrible customer service regarding the process of reserving a room. I do not recommend this motel. The company handling the reservation process is not concerned about customer satisfaction AT ALL! Kathi Olivas

Awful stay Closet door fell down just wasn’t worth the money the only way you get service is if you called and asked for it and you still may not get it awful as well I advise not to go there. I was there working and it wasn’t comfortable. Spooky. They would leave the side door propped open and all. Will never stay there again. Bugs bit everybody in the room up my granddaughter was bitten so many times all on her legs and side. We just left and went to the Hampton where we got housekeeping daily very clean rooms good hospitality worth the money and the quality inn prices are the same as the Hampton these people getting over on these dirty rooms not up to date but charging high prices.

Still waiting for issue to be resolved Waiting for issue to be taken care of. Booked adjoining rooms, was assigned adjoining room with the wrong people. We corrected the issue and Judy from the front desk was very kind as always. One room had a very serious leak in the bathroom , making that bathroom unsafe to use due to water in the floor and getting wet when using the toilet. Thankfully we could use the friends adjoining bathroom for the weekend as the hotel was full. We are requesting charges for the room to be deducted from credit card. Judy is trying to help, however seems as if the manager is not doing his part. Quality Inn says they have expectations of good service, however at this point , we have not received good customer service from the manager. Still hoping it will be resolved so we feel good about booking a room next year.

Never again! We tried 2 different room and left! I booked this room in May for an October stay as it was Truman's Family Weekend. Some of the newer & nicer hotels were already booked. When we arrived to check in, I was told our room number on first floor and I told them I had asked for a room on the highest floor (2nd floor and no elevator). They told me I had booked an accessible room so that was first floor but they would try to change it for me. I thought that would be the end of my troubles. The stairway to the second floor was dirty but I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoped the room was better. We opened the door and there was no bedding at all on the beds, there looked to be drywall chips on the bathroom floor and a tarp under the bathroom sink. So I walked back downstairs to tell them we weren't staying in that room. They gave me a second room to try. We went to that room and looked around and there were crumbs and debris on the floor, the ceiling looked liked there was a water/roof leak, there was mold in the tub, hairs in the tub, the shower head and drain were disgusting. Then it looked like blood or something near the toilet. I about lost it. After talking to my daughter and her boyfriend, we decided we couldn't stay there. I went down to the desk and asked them to cancel my reservation and give me a receipt with a zero balance. They asked what was wrong and I told them nicely. They quickly refunded me. Luckily, we live only an hour and a half away but we still are missing out on my daughters FIRST Family Weekend at college! This absolutely ruined the weekend we had planned.
