A little better than expected First. The hotel on the outside is average. On in side. The rooms are as nice as a hotel that charges 100$ a night. It was pretty quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pool was clean. Really a lot better for the 54$ I spent. Will stay at again. Not that far from Disney. 15-20 mins or so.

Affordable place to stay The rooms are humble with a micro and fridge, the housekeeping is very inconsistent and the housekeepers for some reason don't like to scrub the bathtubs. We stay there for seven weeks and no once the housekeeper assigned clean the toilet or the bath tube, when I commented about it she sends another lady to do it for her, I found this interesting. One day they can receive your mail and another they can not receive your mail. One week the breakfast is included and another week they charge you around $5 USD per person for a cold breakfast with waffles. The majority of the staff is standard, but some are very difficult and want to overcharge even though we have stayed for more than seven weeks, shamelessly the attitude is just business. If the person wants to be close to the Medival Times and Give Kids the World Village this is a good option for a couple of days. Disney, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, The International Drive attractions that are too many, Legoland, Nasa, Cruises, Bush Gardens, Casinos and Shopping Centers are in reasonable driving distance from this area.

Pass on this place Tried to check in at 7 pm and had to wait 15 minutes for them to open the office. After getting our key cards and going to our room the keys did not work so I had to go to the office again. No towels so we called, waited an hour and went to the office then had to go wait some more in my room. Room needs a good handyman to finish some things that look like they were started and never finished. You might want to bring your own sheets also. Enough said about that.

ROOMS SMELL MOLDY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I made my reservation through booking.com for this hotel because I was in a rush for a place to stay for one night with my wife and 1-year-old daughter on our trip back to home after hurricane Irma forced us to evacuate. I have never been picky with hotels (I have stayed in tons of hotels), but the first thing I saw was a lot of cigarette butts laying on the floor everywhere. The receptionist wasn't there when I went to the reception, and I had to knock on the door and ring an bell for several minutes to get assistance. Once I got in the room, it smelled moldy (just like and old storage full of humidity). I couldn't stand that, so I went directly to the reception (had to knock the door and wait for the receptionist again) to kindly ask for a room change. He did changed my room for another room that smelled even worst. This process repeated four times and then, the receptionist/manager said he couldn't do anything else. I asked for a refund, and he told me that was not possible, and that I either stay or leave without my money back. This business should be supervised by government/federal regulations to certify whether they are safe for humans to stay. I would bet those walls, carpet or furniture had mold. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THIS PEOPLE. GO TO AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
