Excellent Nice & clean ! Between Disney & sea world . Perfect location for the right price . Would definitely recommend if you want to be within driving distance of all the major attractions. Great food options right down the street from the hotel also . World of food trucks _

Overall a very nice stay with some minor pain points! We stayed for 8 nights in July to go to Disney World and visit friends that live very close by. The stay was nice considering how affordable it was for the area and how close the parks are! Staff were really nice and the complementary breakfast saved us some money at the parks! An Uber in the morning to Disney ranges around $15-$20 for those considering staying here for that :) Be sure to check out the XO coffee and tattoo place nearby! Very cool and trendy cafe with great espresso drinks! We are super laid back and appreciate affordable and safe places to stay! Just couple things to note that are absolutely not deal breakers: 1. I wish the room had a full body mirror. Most girls wanna dress up a bit to go to the parks and there is no way to check the fit!! So I had to stand on a chair to see if I felt ok in my outfit in the vanity mirror. 2. We also had to blast the AC for the other side of the room to feel cool. AC didn't do the best at circulating air. 3. We noticed a sizable gap at the bottom of the door that let in flies, noise, and heat. 4. Water dripping from the ACs from rooms were creating big puddles that you have to hop over and dripping directly above the stairwell to the second floor rooms. Other than those small things we had a good experience here!

It is disgustingly dirty This is the filthiest hotel you will ever stay in. It is DIRTY and run down. Stains on walls, counters. Black mold. The vents are so dirty that it is about to fall on your head. The carpet was so dirty that I showered and walked over to the bed to put socks on and my feet were black from the carpet. Breakfast is non existent as there is barely anything out and the room still had chairs flipped up on the tables. When i provided feedback and asked for a refund of some amount, I was simply told thank you for the feedback. Seriously do not waste a dime of your money on this place.

A Florida turd If you are looking for a room with the strong stench of cigarette smoke, this is your place. Apparently this is a common occurrence for rooms here. Broken security latch on room door. Motel looks like it should have been completely renovated 25 years ago. Parking lot feels unsafe at night. Hard to sleep comfortably knowing a strong wind would likely push the door open. If you pay more than $30 a night, you are making a bad decision to stay here. On the positive, desk clerk was friendly at check-in. Breakfast was very, very basic. I made a mistake not reading reviews before making a reservation. My wife, son and I left after 1st night and got a decent hotel 5 miles away. I didn't even ask for a refund knowing they wouldn’t give it anyway.

Phenomenal Staff Every single person that I have interacted with has been extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. I travel often and I have never experienced this level of consistency before. The three who I have interacted with the most are Juan, Jean, and Maria. It is obvious that whoever does the hiring is particular and it is part of the reason why we've been back multiple times in the last month and a half.
