Smelly and unsafe The odor in my room was nauseating and the door leading to the parking lot did not lock. They came to spray once and I opened the window, but it didn’t get better.

DO NOT SAY HERE DO NOT SAY HERE the showers are molding The sink is in the wrong spot and it’s not built for the sink that it has The pool is slimy and gross as soon as you walk in the lobby, there’s musty smells. The carpet is dirty The shower has a leak The beds are uncomfortable and springy. The rooms are hot all night. Our room was right next to the ice machine and that’s all you heard and the night mysterious yellow stain in the bed complementary PC in the lobby has no Wi-Fi. It is very slow.

IT IS WHAT IT IS............. Cheaper than the Portsmouth NH motels a nd apparently good location for near-by outlet malls and back into downtown Portsmouth but this is a definitely a basic budget motel. Maintained well, bed is comfortable and the washroom is decent but this is one of many WYNDHAM properties which is cruising on the WYNDHAM brand and not keeping up with the times. Some of the power ports on the lamp bases are not actually working and the there are no USB PORTS anywhere to be found. IT IS WHAT IT IS.........

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! When driving up you'll be disappointed. Don't let the pictures fool you. The musty smell hits you as soon as you walk thru the lobby doors. We were only staying 1 night so we just went with it. The room was just ok. This hotel is very old with no updates. We took showers to get ready to go out to eat for dinner and the Manager called us and said "you flooded the people downstairs" and said he needed to come up and check the water damage. We said there is no water flooding in here and you can come up in 15 mins after we are done getting ready. He said he was calling the police and wanted us out and we were paying for water damage?? The Police did come and we invited them in to look at the room and there was no water damage anywhere. We told them we wanted to leave this hotel because of his rude and aggressive behavior. We left and went to another place which turned out beautiful and spotless and cost less than this run down place. I am still in disbelief over this whole ordeal.

Good Enough The hotel definitely needs an uplift. Front desk staff was nice and welcoming upon arrival. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Beds were very comfortable. Located near the outlets— easily accessible. Overall a good bang for your buck!
