Outstanding Customer Service Skill The rooms are fine, but the people are outstanding. They saved my life by calling EMS when I was having a stroke (actually a mini-stroke.) I was by myself, and unable to help myself. I was in bad shape. The staff called EMS without question. They stayed with me in my room and waited by the door to direct the medics. After I was released from the ER, they made sure to check up on me. They are brave people who are will to jump through hoops for excellent customer service. I am indebted to them. Thank you! <3

Falls way short of Holiday Inn Express expectations. Breakfast with spoiled milk, stale bread, old furniture in breakfast area, good coffee and eggs. No fruit or oatmeal. Low ceilings thruout with sharp sprinkler heads a hazard to taller people. Slippery shower. Tiny lobby, no warning signs about sloppy reno in process. Minimal TV cable package, virtually impossible to use, even after nice fd clerk attempted to demo. Very comfortable/clean beds, dirt collected in window sills, broken a/c cover (rattles), rat trap next to our exterior entrance. Truck stop quality tp. See Diamond Elite parking space. Hotel definitely NOT up to HI standards.

Just sharing info about $8.95 Facility Fee charged to all guests I recently wrote a favorable review about this property even though they are undergoing a renovation. The new rooms are very nice. However, in addition to the room rate and myriad taxes that apply to hotel stays, they also charge an $8.95 Facility Fee. It's anybody's guess what this is for. I called and asked about it and suggested that this should just be included in the quoted room rate. Tough to compare apples to apples.

Tough to rate - property under going renovations Very friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast room staff. Lobby and breakfast area have not yet been updated so first impressions were not great. There are also storage containers and construction materials strewn around the parking lot. However, our room on the 2nd floor had been recently renovated and was large and very nicely appointed. Giant quartz countertop in the bathroom. Great water pressure. Turned out to be an excellent stay. Apparently the pool area has also been updated but I didn’t check it out.

Comfy beds The hotel is old and the first room we got smelled so bad we asked for another one. The second one was upstairs and less smelly. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean and bright. The refrigerator was a freezer and froze all the food we brought, ruined all fruits and vegetables. Breakfast...the only hotel I have ever been to that did not serve any fruit at all. They did, however, have one day of delicious warm salsa. The workout area is so small that one cannot even put a mat on the floor to do any exercises other than one of the three aerobic machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our booking was messed up by a third party booking that frauded us $200.00. The bank's fraud department helped me get the rest back. Beware of an outfit called RESERVATIONS.COM. They are crooks and frauds. The hotel is being renovated and it needs it in the worst way. I wish them well but I will never stay with Holiday Inn or any affiliates again. The fraud stuff totally turned me off.
