Good location but not best Holiday Inn experience Use IHG properties when traveling all the time. Have not stayed here before and probably won't again. The room was quite large but the cleanliness was not great. I know if my wife had been with me we would not have stayed but I had a schedule to keep so this location was convenient to my route. Breakfast was adequate but not the worst or best that I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. Nothing really makes this particular hotel standout

Not very comfortable Was not impressed with the facilities. Had troubled with windows and doors but most of all there were ants. The hotel looks to be newly constructed or renovated but the pest took away from all. We slept in our vehicle went in to bathe and left for a funeral immediately.

The Last Time I will ever utilize an IHG Hotel and Resort We regularly utilize the Holiday Inn Express for our annual National Prayer Garden event. Your support and quality are understanding, and your service has always been above average. However, last month, (September7-11) a new clerk Jennifer Wallace inserted herself into our booking process as the point of contact. In the past Pam had always provided superb service as our Point of Contact. This new clerk Jennifer Wallace was impatient, inconsiderate, and appeared confused most of the time which resulted in an overall poor customer service experience. The disorganization was so much so that it resulted in a an overcharge and then a subsequent refusal to refund the overcharge. That's a bad business look! Given some coaching, an additional training perhaps Jennifer Wallace could develop the civility and consideration necessary for success in your business and to provide an exceptional customer service experience moving forward. However, we will not be utilizing any IHG Hotels or Resorts in the future as a result.

Never stay here!!!! This hotel is a scam. They check you in and then try and charge your card multiple more times. It happened to multiple people in our group. When you confront them about it, they are apathetic about it and won’t resolve it for you. The pool is a ice bath and they closed off their hot tub. The rooms are ok but not great. They still have plexiglass in front of the check in station as a relic from the pandemic. Stay as far way from this hotel as possible. They are scam artists!

Two thankfully short nights If you happen to be looking for shelter in the armpit of Maryland known as La Plata, this won’t kill you. I am in a “deluxe king suite” which means I have a love seat and a small desk. This isn’t horrible but it isn’t $250/night which is the price after taxes plus. Maybe $100. And loud. Either there is no insulation or the guests are loud. Actually the guests are loud and maybe local as in wedding parties. Held somewhere else and these are cheap guest digs? Keep going, north into Baltimore you will find much better. South to Richmond too.
