Broken room Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, basically everything in the room was damaged, lock was broken, staff were rude, no breakfast. Its ok for the money but I definitely wont be staying here ever again. If you have a lot of luggage ask for ground floor. There is no elevator.

Sometimes you just need a cheap room on the road overnight. We were passing through when extremely bad winter weather took us off the road unexpectedly for the night and didn’t want to spend a lot. There is no breakfast but the beds were comfortable enough, and everything in the room worked. It was all we needed for about half the price of many shining new competitors at the same exit. The place shows its age from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms so either have realistic expectations or make a different choice if that doesn’t work for you. It is family run, apparently without a dedicated desk clerk at all hours, so if you arrive late and call them using the courtesy phone on the front desk, you will likely be waking someone up. It would benefit greatly from a swifter duster being run across all the floorboards and hard to reach corners. I realize the American traveling public is accustomed to new-looking, perfectly spotlessly clean rooms (I am as well). This is not that but it served our needs for one night. A warm dry quiet place to literally get out of a storm. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and we chose this expecting just about what we got. The 3 stars is based on this being an average value for the low price but if they want better reviews they are going to have to clean everything better, repaint anything chipped or dirty - starting with the wall and door jam behind the front desk to give a better first impression, then most of the other door jams around the entire property, and then keep the touch up paint handy for regular and constant ongoing maintenance, get breakfast going again, and replace old banged up furniture in the guest rooms, in that order.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible customer service at front desk, appears like a homeless shelter. Rooms smelled of smoke (non-smoking rooms!) We were on ground floor, and window was open, and unable to lock! Several chips and busted door frames/molding. Furniture from like the 50's, with broken drawers. Not that we'd use a telephone, but tried to call he front desk and no phone - it was broken as well. Supposed to have a continental breakfast (not that we would have eaten it anyway), but there was nothing!! AND THE KICKER - the two dirt bags at the front desk when we checked in, stole CC and drivers license information, and got over $400 worth before CC company shut it down! They need to shut this place down!
