Love/hate with this hotel! Well I will start by saying I do love the theme of the hotel….the carribean! The pros include connection to the skyway for easy access to epcot and studios. The main pool is very nice, and we enjoyed having drinks at pool bar. The cons…..i really am giving three stars bc we were located in the farthest building there was and the walking to get anywhere was ridiculous. It was so far you couldn’t quickly get breakfast or coffee from restaurant and still catch bus to get to park in time. Also the buses were sllllooowwww. One nite it took us 90 mins to get back to hotel. Two mornings the lines at 7am were so long we ubered both days. The little things that irritated me this time. Again while the hotel theme was cute, rooms clean, I will be going back to spending more for monorail hotels.

Rooms need maintenance! Stay elsewhere! This was my son’s first Disney visit and he had a blast. Kids don’t pay attention to accommodations as much as adults do. That being said, we will choose a different resort in the future. While the location of this resort is convenient, the Martinique rooms are in need of care. The A/C units in all of the rooms leak horribly. Our carpet in our room stayed saturated around the A/C unit. We were walking back to our room after a visit to the pool and my husband slipped and almost fell from a puddle that had formed outside from another room’s leaky A/C unit. Thankfully, my husband was able to catch himself. Had this been an older person or someone not as physically fit, that could have ended in legal action for Disney. Pest control is a drop in the bucket for this franchise and something that the resort should spend money on as we spotted several roaches outside on the balcony near our room. Just not what we expected for the money we spent. I also opted for room cleaning in the Disney app, and our beds were never made a day that we stayed there. Do not recommend.

Horrible Started with resort texting me my room wasn't ready at 9:31 pm day of check in. Check in staff at Thursday June 22nd was awful, all we requested not even considered (Jamaica 44 45,46) .Magic bands not activated, not only could we not access our room first park visit was a disaster. Bought a gift card for $700 that wasn't activated. Food lines, horrible. Constance, and 4 others rude. Nick gave us 1night credit, which was not the issue, but thanks.Currently in barbados 3233 dirty room, carpet stains everywhere, bugs on our pillows. This Disney experience was awful. 16time visiter, retired cast member appalled at the direction Disney is taking, do your research before coming here people, you are putting yourself in harms way. Sincerely, Really sad Dad.

Third World Country Quality Motel Pros: staff at all levels are very friendly . They deserve a 5 star recognition. Food are decent. Washers and dryers are on-site. Convenient bus stops throughout the resort. There are skylines to Epcot and HS parks if they run. See more below. Cons: skylines are great when they work. They stop working throughout the day due to various reasons - worthless. The resort itself is a colossal and sprawling collection of thousands of cheap and dated Days Inn / Motel 6 like motel rooms built in the 80s in a third world country. Rooms are so small; carpets are old and carry a smell of well…old and dirty carpet. Bathroom is extremely small. We were overwhelmingly disappointed with the experience. Instead of having a magical time, I still feel underwhelmed when thinking about it. The resort is truly an insult to the premium Disney brand, its hard working cast members, and most importantly the valuable Disney customers. The resort should be bulldozed and rebuilt to enhance the experience for all. I will never never never step foot on this resort again even if I were offered a free stay.

Overpriced and dirty Our room was not ready at 6:30PM. We were moved to another room that was dirty with hair in the shower and crumbs and wrapped around the bed, with a clogged toilet that was not rectified until 11:15pm THE FOLLOWING DAY. My family and I had to resort to the public restrooms. The restaurant had zero availability thus we ate at Banana Cabana. The folks there were lovely making everything else more tolerable. When it came time to leave, the front desk seemed to be goofing around and would not help us with how to access our car rental. Above all, there was a charge of 1700.25 to our card from the gift shop and we spent the last 3 days trying get our money back and no one seems to help us and won’t answer any questions. We still have no been refunded. We are very disappointed considering the costs.
