Awesome service and cleanliness The service from staff was beyond exceptional- very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and bathrooms awesomely clean. Breakfast bar had lots of variety including drinks. I will definitely stay here again.

Refunds Paid twice for same room they will not refund my 150.00 and approve it with booking.com. money hungry keep saying they can't do nothing

Decent place Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Continental breakfast. Appears that rooms were recently remodeled. Decent place.

Stay Away The bathroom was so full of MOLD it was difficult to breathe. When I told the owners' son (the owners were away), he just shrugged his shoulders. When the owner returned (as I was checking out) he showed me a refurbished accessible room. Also, the floor was FILTHY.

Great place stay! There are not a lot of choices in Lake City, and this one is an excellent choice. The manager, Mr. Patel was extremely helpful, a genuinely nice man willing to do everything he can to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the waffles I loved. There is a nice pool which we didn’t use. We would definitely return.
