It was OK, you get what you pay for but it was right over the bridge This was an ok motel but we only paid $97 so I guess you get what you pay for. It was right over the London bridge so that part was cool. The door to the room was hard to open and the remote was missing so the guy from the front was nice enough to give us another one. The AC was really cold so that was great. The two people in front of us at the check-in line had issues with their card and we didn't initially but the card did stop working the second time we tried. We were all on the 2nd floor. The guy at the front desk was very nice. I slept pretty good, wish we would have had more pillows. They gave us 2 per bed i think. I used one from the couch and it worked. We didn't use the shower or walk around but my mom said it's close to some areas where you can walk and be close to the lake.

Disgusting place to stay This is a disgusting hotel, I stayed a week, sheets stained, curtains stained, toiled didn't work had to call someone, I never once got clean towels, they stoled my medication, my expensive lotion and a gift card, thank goodness I have tracking on all my devices or they would have stoled that also. I got told to walk down stairs for coffee the maids are 3 days a week, and it shows I paid $465 for a disgusting room. And no hot water half the time

Trash! Thief's and a Complete Shot hole! They never had any hot water. The towels and shower have a pube salad all over them. The rooms smell like beer and cigarettes. And on top of it all the beds are horrible. I was professional with my complaints they took down my number and told me to get F'ed. Don't stay here!

Fourth of July 2023 Hallway smells like pee. There was dog poop all over the lawn. No coffee maker but ingredients to make coffee was available. I asked for a coffee maker 3 times and never got it. Key room kept deactivating. Ice machines out of order. But they do sale ice bags. Good parking with boat trailers. Short walk to the beach.

HORRIBLE ISLAND INN/STUDIO 6 LAKE HAVASU THE MOST HORRIBLE THING YOU CAN FIND IN LAKE HAVASU. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN OUR LIFE STAYING IN HOTELS. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START. I WILL START WITH THE ONLY GOOD THING: THE ATTENTION OF THERESA, EXCELLENT HER ATTENTION AND HELP TO TRY TO RESOLVE SOMETHING. I DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF WHO CHECKED US IN BUT A VERY NICE PERSON. THE HORRIBLE: The worst of dirty and stinky since you enter the elevator and go out to the hall that leads to the room. Stained, smelly, dirty carpet. The room: The toilet bathroom leaking water all night because the flush did not work, door in poor condition, broken wall, stained bathroom tub and they do not provide you with a bath mat, or floor towel, paper roll holder in poor condition, stained towels They looked dirty. The room, the furniture all damaged, stained lamps, stained, smelly and dirty chair. The beds, old uncomfortable mattress, covers beds with blood stains, stained sheets, dirty and smelly pillows, despite having double pillow shams, telephone disconnected we could not communicate with the front desk, I had to call from my cell phone, to ask Wifi and they didn't want to give it to me because it was very slow and it disconnects, that's what they told me. VERY BAD NIGHT WE COULD NOT REST DUE TO THE BAD ODOR AND THE UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS. The next morning we wanted to check out and cancel 1 night because we checked in for 2 nights, we wanted to find another hotel or leave the city, they did not want to refund, they said it was hotel policy, when we told them the reason, Theresa very good attention, we changed to another "renovated" room At least it didn't stink. The only thing is that the room was well painted and furniture in good condition, but the bathroom was the same all night throwing water, the beds were too uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, but at least they were not dirty. WHAT COULD WE DO BUT STAY SINCE THEY DIDN'T REFUND US ANYTHING. OUR RECOMMENDATION STUDIO 6 THE WORST YOU CAN FIND, BETTER SLEEP IN A TRAVEL CENTER.
