Great for Long Term stays. Clean and Nice! Kathy is wonderful at the Desk! We checked into the Renaissance Hotel because our insurance carrier recommended it after we had a flood at our house. The front desk manager on duty was Kathy Petzold. What a wonderful lady. She helped us with our 3 month ordeal, was always smiling, and helpful with anything we needed. This women is a special employee and deserves to be recognized by her company. Thank you Kathy.

Almost Perfect Ericka at the front desk is A#1 in our book! Effortless efficient checkin with personal attention and engaged conversations throughout our stay. Welcoming staff every area when encountered. Wonderful location with nice landscaping, well lit, property secure with frequent patrols throughout parking area, pet areas stocked with waste bags and refuse can. Safely walkable through treed office park surroundings on sidewalks that are accessible to restaurants, shopping and pharmacy; grocer a bit further but easily accomplished. Hotel covid conscious with signage and proper changes public areas, services and guest suites. Cleaning seemed to be occurring often. Pool and patio area well maintained. Grab and go bagged breakfast changes daily and well stocked. The thorn in my side occurred after our first night, when "housekeeping " knocked on the door at 11:09am, waking me from a dead sleep (don't judge, I was on vacation) to ask me if I was still checking out that day, while consulting her e-tablet. I was scheduled for several days, and she stated that she "would let the front desk know". Used the room phone to immediately call the front desk to confirm my future checkout date and was assured all was well. After getting myself together, went down to confirm with frint desk in person. Nameless female staff member confirmed my checkout date on the computer, told me that Marcea the head of housekeeping had knocked on the wrong door. She apologized and I replied "I am not happy ". Her next reply of "I am so sorry " seemed a bit lacking...never once was my Bonvoy rewards status mentioned, never was I thanked for traveling during a pandemic to spend time with them, never was I asked what she could do to ease my upset; nothing. Really, a few points in my rewards account, a few dollars off my multi night stay, a bottle of wine sent to my room, or a bag of chips from the market would have made me happy. This would not deter me from a future visit. Nor will it be forgotten as the only negative to a great time.

Covid-19 Clean We stayed at this hotel in June, 2020, as Florida was preparing to start health checks at their borders. We were there three nights and were pleased with the processes and policies in place to keep guests safe. Please make sure you check with any hotel to keep from being disappointed with new procedures. This hotel did not have hot breakfast, at that time, as a way to keep guests socially distant. We liked the kitchen area and separate bathroom. I would stay here, again.

Nice stay, but replace used items Had a nice recent stay, room was very nice and clean. My only gripe is that during a pandemic, it is not acceptable to keep the previous guests used kleenex box, toilet paper, and paper towel roll in the room upon arrival, I found all 3 used and had not been replenished. I had to touch and throw all of them out, because all three of these items were touched and used by the previous guest. They really need to educate staff on simple things as this, especially during a pandemic. So I had to go down and get these myself, but after having to touch all of the previous guests used items. Other than that, nice hotel, no breakfast due to pandemic, they do give you a bag with a muffin and apple. Overall, I will stay here again, in the hopes of not having to touch used kleenex and toilet paper.
