Nice hotel close to the highway. We stayed here for 2 nights as we planned to explore the Columbia River. The hotel is easy to find just off a highway. There is ample free car parking available. There are a few restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. A breakfast buffet is available.

Look no further, this is the one! Very clean, comfortable room. The bed linens were very comfortable and pillows were so very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. A great place at a reasonable price. Visiting family I have stayed in several hotels and since I found this one, I do not consider another one.

Do not go to this place. Worst place. When you enter the room there is bad Odor. There was a big booger on my pillow. Housekeeping never changed the pillow cover, after complaining they just turned the pillow upside down. Bedsheets were never replaced. They had red spots. Floor was dirty and was not vacuumed before guest check in. Hate this place.

Huge disappointment !!!! Early Check in allowed for $30 even if its 15 min before 3. Staff was indifferent. Breakfast was pitiful, severely anemic choices of food. Very unpleasant odor in lobby hallway like there's restroom overflow or something... Towel rods in guest bathroom and sink was falling apart and we were only given 2 small towels. Hotel was not ful but they put us in a room right next to the freeway which was oh so very loud all night. Very overpriced 1-star motel.

Nightmare at the best Western in Lake Oswego This experience was a damn nightmare. We booked these rooms for over $311 and $$246. We went up to Washington for a concert, but felt more comfortable staying at the hotel that we were familiar with. It used to be a phoenix in and it is now a best western when we got there my daughter noticed in her room. There was a booger on the wall and the light switches were filthy in the bathtub was filthy among other things so they called down to the lobby and asked if it could be cleaned. They were told that it would be cleaned and we went to a concert for five hours came back and the room was not clean. The booger was still there. The lights switches were filthy. Had to go downstairs in the lobby and get the gal to come up. Her name was Virginia, and clean the room herself as she made excuses as to why it was dirty. that was the room for $246 one king bed only. In our room, the family suite that was over $311 half of our room did not have electricity so the outlet didn’t work. The TV didn’t work nothing work so I did have Virginia come and check it out too and she asked us why we didn’t flip the circuit breaker we are guest we should not have to flip the circuit breaker then she said it was our fault. We didn’t have electricity because we had too many things plugged in. We had just gotten in the room after being at a concert for five hours. It was late at night and we did not have a lot of things plugged in the electricity didn’t work as soon as we all got there and realized that we couldn’t turn the lights on or do anything, so then she proceeded to tell us that it was because they turn the electricity down to save money at the hotel but half the prices do they have to save money at the hotel on electricity is not my problem As a guest. so then she goes over to the sink and she pushes buttons on the outlet to reset the power in our room. Then we had power, but then she decided to tell us that it gaslighted us and made us think that we were all at fault for why there was no electricity which had nothing to do with us not knowing we did not have electricity and half the room. We had put our food in before going to the concert in the mini fridge and there was no electricity so the food all spoiled Virginia decided to tell us it was our fault because we didn’t check the temperature of the fridge before putting our food in there. Why would we think we would need to do that as guests. I apologize for any strange grammar. I’m using talk to text as I am nursing my son and this is too much to have to type out.. Virginia said I would need to talk to the manager whose name is Bobby at 8 o’clock in the morning if I wanted to have any compensation for our experience so eight in the morning I go and talk to Bobby Bobby let me know that she is not going to give us any compensation or any sort of credit towards another stay as we are coming back through town in October for another concert she told us we would have to call corporate complain to them or call the third-party person that we booked through. We did not book through a third-party person. I told her that we booked through the website and I called the phone number on the website one for reservations and she said no you book through a third-party and she said the name of the company I never heard of them before I told her no I called Western. she argued with me when I became escalated because she kept arguing with me. She told me I needed to calm down. I wouldn’t be able to stay at the hotel anymore and then she told me that I booked through a third-party that intercepted the phone call and used my credit card to think I was paying the best Western but I was really paying that company so she couldn’t give me a refund even if she wanted to cause it would go back to that company and I would never see it that I would need to dispute it with my bank, so I called my bank today and I’m starting dispute
