Clean rooms, friendly staff We were a group of 11 in town for the Pub Crawl. All we needed was a comfy bed and a hot shower and Quality Inn was actually a little better than expected. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the king bed rooms spacious and comfy. Negative: the pool area/hot tub. There is absolutely nothing to absorb noise and as one member of our party described it, “it’s what it would be like if you dropped a pool in the middle of a Walmart.” It was so loud you had to scream at the person sitting next to you and there were zero towels on the shelves. The chlorine in the air irritated our eyes enough a couple of us couldn’t tolerate it. Pool aside, there was a decent breakfast and super easy check-in and check-out.

Needs some TLC We stayed here one night while in the lake of the Ozarks. They have let the facility go down hill. Our room was fairly clean but there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom was really small and had mold. The whole facility needs a deep clean. The outside of the hotel is ran down also. The grass needs mowed parking lot is old and cracked. The indoor pool is open and was fairly nice. the pool room needs some paint and updating. The outdoor pool is out of operation. No decent breakfast because of Covid we stayed here on a Monday night and was told the breakfast employees are off on Monday & Tuesday do they offered us a bag with a pastry and fruit. No thank you. This hotel is not up to Choice hotel standards. It is over priced for what you get.

Unbreathable I walked into the room to the overpowering smell of mildew, thinking, "I've been in musty hotel rooms before. I'll get used to it in a few minutes." A few hours passed and it still reeked of mildew. I hung some shirts on the provided hangers, and another hour passed. I wore one of those shirts, and it literally felt like it just came out of the washer. I also noticed that all my papers and receipts felt soggy. When walking barefoot on the carpet, it felt like a damp sponge. My feet were literally sticking to the floor. When getting into bed, the sheets felt like wet towels. I thought that maybe opening the window would help, but it was much too hot. I had to do some work, but the wifi was completely useless, so I had to use my cell data. The wifi maxed out at 3mbps both day and night, i.e., useless for video calls or video streaming. I don't know how this swamp of a building isn't shut down due to public health risk. If you have asthma or a breathing condition, don't even think about it. I wrote a similar, but more condensed review for the hotel's own website, but of course it was filtered out.

One night stay My wife, in-laws, and four children stayed only one night. The webpage doe not tell you that the outside pool, the inside hot tub, and gym are not operational due to Covid. The indoor pool is operational however only 10 people allowed at a time. FYI none of the soda vending machines are working.

CANCLED MY RESERVATION AND I HAD PEOPLE THERE 3hr drive wasted my time I had made a reservation- they confirmed it-drove 3 hours to the hotel-the lady at the front desk tells me that they cancled my reservation. My 2 guest was there and tried to check in because they got there 2 hours earlier. The fact that they wouldnt let my people in is something i dont understand when its the room for all of us anyway. They cancle reservations without even letting the people know. JUST GO TO SUPER 8 ITS BETTER. I bet you can guess how angry i was to drive 3 hrs out to have them reject money.
