Lovers Connect in retro & romance This resort has always been on my list of places to visit and reconnect with my loved one. The resort offers various activities that foster connection, and it is essential to conduct research beforehand. We had modest expectations but were pleasantly surprised by the champagne rooms. To make the most of our stay, we planned and prepared several activities. It is worth noting that the pools in the rooms can be cold during winter, so it is crucial to be prepared. We rented a projector to watch adult movies on the wall in the pool and against the curtain. Additionally, we brought a selection of adult toys to enhance our experience. Based on prior research, we brought a spare blanket to put on the bed, as some reviewers found the round beds to be uncomfortable. However, we found them to be comfortable. We also brought champagne and grapes, along with bubbles for the hot tub and champagne glasses. This aspect of our stay was particularly enjoyable, although we did experience some issues with overflowing bubbles. Furthermore, we brought duraflame logs for the fireplace and extra blankets to use by the fire or on the couch. It is also recommended to bring massage oil for the massage table in the room. We were aware that the check-in process can be lengthy, so we arrived early and visited the bar for drinks and games while we waited. The phone service in the area can be unreliable, so it is advisable to check-in periodically. We were understanding of the delay, as we knew the rooms were undergoing deep cleaning. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the bar, where we participated in various games, including trivia and bingo. Although we did not opt for the food package, we did have dinner and breakfast twice. The food was average, comparable to what one might find at an all-inclusive resort or cruise. In retrospect, we would recommend purchasing the food package, especially for a shorter stay. Another convenient aspect of the resort is its proximity to a casino, which is only a 10-minute drive away. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort for any couple seeking a romantic getaway. It was a refreshing experience for us.

Poor management We stayed from 15 March to the 17th. We were celebrating my birthday and anniversary, which is on the 16th. I just want some opinions of what everybody thinks. We enjoy the hot tub and then went for a swim in the pool stayed in the garden of Eden apple and then got in the shower for dinner. As I was walking over to get my suitcase for an outfit, I fell and fractured my shoulder because of the wet floor . I reached out to Bryan and he was a very arrogant that why is this his responsibility? I’m self-employed and still have to work with a fractured shoulder when I spoke with Bryan he said you seem to have misfortune at our resort last year. I was walking out of our hotel room Garden of pineapple again and the concrete was all broken and I sliced my foot open . I spoke with Mitchell and he gave us a buy one get one free night, which I thought was very nice . Bryan however said what are you looking for a free night? That’s what you sounds like you’re looking for. I told him it ruined our anniversary and birthday. I couldn’t even go to dinner next morning got up went to the hospital. They said it was sprained. If not better see an ortho wasn’t getting better. Saw an ortho and it’s fractured. Bryan seems not to believe me that I fractured it. I offered to send him the x-ray or a letter from my orthopedic.. maybe Bryan was having a bad day, but I was very upset after speaking with him. I did ask him if he thought the resort was up to par and he agreed that it is not. We have been in forever lovers for over 25 years so the amount of money I have spent I don’t even wanna think about but for him to treat me like that I thought was terrible. Just would like people’s thoughts maybe I’m in the wrong but when Bryan said he shouldn’t take no responsibility for this I was very upset. Just the way you spoke to me. I also made an incident report as soon as I came back from the hospital. Which made me lose a day and a half of our stay from the fall and the hospital visit .

Don’t ever go here ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! First we booked and paid a month in advance! We drive 9 hours to get here and arrived at 10 pm ( mind you check in is at 3 pm) to be told our room we paid for was unavailable due to issues I felt weren’t worth us not having a room. I had to argue for compensation and was told we would be refunded the first night and stay in a room for free… the room was terrible and the next day the room we paid for was dirty!!! Stuff was floating in the tub the tubs were dirty and brown stuff came out the faucet!!! The customer service is absolutely unacceptable the lady at the front tried to lie and say she could give me a final receipt to prove the refund because I knew it would be a problem! A month later it still hasn’t come !! Terrible I don’t suggest this place and at and should sue!!
