Our wkend getaway too overpriced The gentlemen in the front desk were very polite and respectful. The hotel was so run down, the floors were dirty. The blankets had cigarette holes and we requested non smoking room. The door would not unlock, so every time we went out and came back we had to stop by the main office to let us in. That got tiring, we kept getting told that maintenance will come and reprogram the door and nothing. we saw a bug in the bed on sat and decided to cut the trip short and leave sat night. It wasn't worth the 193 I paid. Those rooms should be booked for like 30 a night.

Worst ever I have stayed at hotels in many many places and countries and this was by far the worse I have ever encountered. It was so bad that my wife and I would not even stay one night. The room smelled musty, the bed had burn holes in the blanket and stains on the sheets, the “pink” shower pan was more black than pink , our feet stuck to the vinyl floor as you walked and the window facing out was completely cracked all the way accross. Do yourself a favour and do not book this hotel.

Please do not stay here Just about every issue you could have with a budget motel, this place had. For starters, despite numerous notices that it’s a non smoking place, everything smelled like cigarettes, and not just a little, the clean towels and all linens smelled like stale smoke, and the bathroom was the worst. Clearly an issue still. The towel we put on the floor by the shower turned from white to gray in about 5 minutes, the room was barely clean. Let’s talk atmosphere. The best way to describe this, there is a written notice that they give you with your room key saying prostitution is prohibited. Wouldn’t think this was something that needed saying until I saw the people staying here. Just gross. We heard our neighboring units partying until 4am, the walls are paper thin. I woke up smelling like a combination of sweat, cigarette, and the curry from the Indian restaurant in the plaza. I can not believe the price of hotels in Lancaster these days. I can get a better room 99/100 times for less money ON THE BEACH in tampa. Came back to town to visit my grandfather with my daughters, and this establishment should be ashamed. For 86$ a night, I can confidently say I would have rather slept at a bus station, and I now may have hepatitis. Beware. Maybe Lancaster is just to Bougie for me these days, but I refuse to pay 260$ for the next step up at a sleep inn.

Ok for an overnight...Could have been better Rooms and the property need major updating. There were some shady people roaming around outside, some being very loud at times. Rooms did not seem very clean. There were sugar ants in the bathroom next to the shower. The bed covers had burn holes in them. There was a one inch gap between the door frame and floor to our room; we had to seal the gap with towels from the bathroom in hopes that nothing would crawl underneath while we were sleeping.

DO NOT BOOK! The staff at check in were rude. Was very strict on no guests allowed to visit.. It is very unsafe! There was drug use by guests and a lot of violence. Man arrested for beating woman all night.. Police were there every day. Bugs in bathroom. Ceiling leaked when room above used their shower. Do not book here!
