No breakfast, no fridge, no phone, no... No free breakfast as advertised. No refrigerator. Phones do not work, and front desk was aware of it. The front desk didn't pick up when I had to call from my mobile, because she was "busy on another call." I reserved and paid for a "King Executive," but it looks like any regular room. Provided two ragged, frayed towels for a three night stay. Toilet was unflushed when we arrived.

Avoid like the plague This nightmare of a hotel has a serious problem with a bedbug infestation. And on top of that the staff of the hotel did not seem to care. After checking in and moving my stuff into the room, I tried to lie down and take a nap. After about 15 minutes I felt irritation and biting on my chest, arms, abdomen and legs. I went down to the front desk to tell them about the bed bugs. The individual behind the desk at the time, giving me a look of complete apathy, stared at me for at least one minute. After a few minutes of this staring contest, he looked at me and said "do you want to change your room?". He made no attempt to apologize, and made no attempt to note anything with regard to getting rid of the bugs for the next person that might sleep there. I changed my room. I then went to a pharmacy and got as much anti-itch and antibiotic cream as I could find. I then tried to sleep. The next morning, I went to check out. The woman behind the counter checked me out. After I got my deposit back, I told her that it was a desperate need to clean the rooms because of the bed bugs. I showed her my arms. They both had visibly red extremely irritated looking bite marks all over. Her response was equally apathetic. But she did say that she would "make a note of it". I've traveled through several countries. I traveled quite extensively in the United States, also. This is, by far, the worst level of service and sanitation I've experienced in the United States. This was only made worse by the staffing of this hotel.

Disappointed with our Stay after about 15 good good experiences The location is perfect and secure. It was better run as a Super 8 in the past. The hot breakfast advertised was much reduced. The bed and pillows were good. Amenities were skimpy at best with only a small bar of soap that we had to share to have a shower. There was no facial tissue, the night latch was broken and there was mold around the bath tub top. The motel is no longer listed in the discount coupon books

Rooms are infested with BED BUGS!!! I had been staying here every time I pass through Laredo when it was a Motel 8, but I will never stay there again. Last night I paid $65.99 for a room with two beds I was so tired that I was willing to oversee the bad smell. I went to grab a towel to dry myself off because it was raining outside and three bed bugs were on the towel. I looked at the walls in the restroom and they were all over the wall and crawling on the floor. I screamed to tell my brother to get off of the bed because there were bed bugs he them flipped the pillow over and there were about 4-5 crawling on the pillow. I went to the office guy and he wouldn’t return my money saying he already put it in the register!!! Well take it out!!! “DO NOT STAY THERE YOU WILL REGET IT, THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND ROOMS ARE FILTHY” the front office guy seamed nice until he refused to give me my money back he didn’t even care!!!!
