Leilani Sebay gave us great service Leilani who serves the breakfast has the best personality. I wish we could take her home with us. She has a real beautiful heart. We wish there were grits to go with the eggs but, she made everything delicious. There is also a van that could be used for a shuttle but, is not being used.

4 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY / U-M Graduation Vacation!!! From Michael and Kelley Burt, Thank you all so much for and clean and restful stay. The choice breakfast had all the hitters very good. We enjoyed the quiet and proximity to the strip. Roughly 10-12 minutes with Uber. I love Choice having been former Management for 8 or so years you all have my heart so to speak. The University of Michigan made a excellent decision as well with the partnership with Choice ( also a reason for my stay) The only negative Nancy I have is the property was out of the required guest hygiene products and had to commandeer them from a different property. We planned packing around this amenity alas . In the end it was resolved by your sweet Audit Manager. We will most definitely be back Thank you Staff of Comfort Inn & Suites -Nellis All our love, The Burt family

Weekend Getaway Bed was comfortable and good pillows. Breakfast always fresh with courteous and friendly preparer. Our only issue which is a first here, was check-in. After hours of driving we were looking forward to an easy and quick check in. We approached desk and waited a minute or two for someone to help us. An employee came in and told us to "take a seat". No explanation and then repeated to us to "take a seat". After about 10 min later same employee called us up to desk in waiting order to check us in. It was a little worrisome, had something happened, short of help or taking a break etc. It all worked out but had never encountered an experience like this. No apology or explanation for wait.

Turnaround trip The breakfast was great and I love the fact that if you didn't want a big waffle you were able to do mini size. It's all so great that it's a gas station right there and a couple of food places as well

Customer Service leaves lasting impression From the time we arrived the little girl at the front desk had a chip on her shoulder. She was less than personable and very rude. It began with the check in process where she played senile. The stay was booked through our company. We got in around 12:30 pm not aware that check in was at 4pm. Granted we were still early. Any check-in is 3pm, but we had been traveling all day so I proceeded to ask if there was any way to get into a room sooner because we were exhausted. We traveled all the way from the east coast. She said there weren't any rooms ready because they were sold out the night before. So we sit down in the lobby to wait. While we're sitting there other guests start coming in and she's checking them in no problem. So now we're bewildered. I then go and ask her if our room was ready. She says oh you can gcheck in at 2 for an extra $50. Like why didn't she lead with that info? So I'm like ok you can charge the card on file. This is when the foolery began. The rooms were booked through Expedia so there's no card. So I say I can call my boss because the person that made the reservation was on their flight and wouldn't be in for another 3hrs. So I proceeded to call our boss to inform him of the situation and have him fill out the CC authorization form. First she's telling me she can't do it because she needs to swipe the card that I can put the 50 on a personal card and get a refund. I said no and what was the difference because she was about to check me into a room in someone else's name. So she proceeds to do whatever she's doing and asks for my ID. But what I didn't understand is what she needed my partners ID for. What hotel takes ID for anyone other than the person checking into the room? Now I'm on the phone with my boss, and giving her his email. I literally spelled his name out because his email is his name. Then she asks for his name and I spell it out again!! She somehow managed to spell it wrong but it's my fault because she claimed to have never seen STEPHEN spelled with a PH. Girl where did you go to school? Boss fills out the form. Now she has a problem with the form because he used his bosses card and the names didn't match. So now I ask her to send it to that boss. While we waited we just went across the street. By the time we got back all of that was in vein because it's now quarter to 4. Goofy was gone for the night and it was regular check in. I will say the older lady was the sweetest. Very hospitable the entire time. Outside of the check-in experience our room was very clean. Cleaning crew gets a 10
