Irresponsibles Everything was great. I mean the hotel is not the MGM grand, it's what it is for the price they give you. I like it. I wasn't there at all just for sleeping so it was great. Buuut, they haven't refunded me my deposit and I tried to call and the machine says: THEY AREN'T TAKING CALLS AT THE MOMENT!!! I mean, they are a hotel, how the h... are they not taking calls? And they did answered in booking (of course they did) the person on the line was kind enough to transfer my call when they ANSWER HIM, but when he transfer me: THEY LEFT ME 25 MIN ON THE LINE WITHOUT RESPONSE. SO YEAH, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Update: someone from Expedia supposedly talked to them and they blame my bank. And I called my bank (because the director is my friend) and he told me it wasn't there. So that's that. Now I get why they don't accept cash deposits anymore. Because they keep your money.

Never have I ever Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect and treated like a criminal because of their policy and I was never told or made aware of this so called policy I travel doing pet transport and I would stop by here when I come out to Vegas to shower at their (truck stop shower) that's in the motel it has been me and my fiance many times before we stop at many different truck stops in the US and we always pay for the shower and you get the shower and bathroom for 1 hour and we can both go in and shower at the same time and not have to pay for 2 showers but not at this so called truck stop I was kicked out of the property and the only way for me to get a shower because my fiance had already gotten in the shower was for me to pay another 15 dollars this time and then they put a trespass on us and threatened to have us arrested. Never will I consider ever giving anyone a recommendation to this place.

Scary hotel We were in this hotel Cinco De Mayo. When my husband went to check in he and his mother I watched a homeless man get dressed in front of the Denny's attached to the hotel. My husband said the smoke in the casino was over the top. The staff was friendly and helpful but seriously if your a family with kids DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. We encountered gang members and my husband had a hooker approach him when he was looking for the entrance to Denny's. The people at the pool were questionable and loud and out of control. My mother in laws room smelled like a pot farm and it was naseating. I felt unsafe in this hotel, we all did. My mother in law had her own room and I didn't sleep all night worrying about her. People party in front of your door and security does nothing. We will never go back.

It is what it is. Between two and three stars. My flight arrived late and I didn’t want to spend $100+ a night for less than a few hours in a hotel room. This was the cheapest place in town for a Sat-Sun night stay, which was the day of the week when hotel rates in Vegas tend to be the most expensive. Upon walking into the reception area, my lungs started to ache. The gaming room for this property, where smoking is apparently allowed, surrounds the hotel reception area. The gaming area seemed to be slots only and was the kind of place that attracts people hooked up to oxygen machines. No real issues with check in. Know that if you book through a third party booking service, they will itemize the hotel resort fee on your receipt, but they shouldn’t charge it. They charge the hotel resort fee upon check in. I thought I was being double charged but the third party service I used for my reservation assured me that I wasn’t when I called them. This place was $50 a night (resort fee included) on a weekend, so I wasn’t expecting much. It was unexpectedly clean, which I really appreciated. Pretty typical ultra budget motel with fail design features (e.g., curtains too long and overlapping the air conditioner, so the cold air couldn’t diffuse into the room well. Caused the air conditioner to be barely able to keep up with the heat when the curtains are closed at night.) Motel rooms on the inside of the property surround a pool, so if you stay here more than a night, you may want to request a room facing the outside of the property to avoid the noise. (Or the inside if you like the pool.) Motel rooms could use an update but housekeeping does a great job of keeping what the property has clean. They are a bit aggressive about getting people out in the morning at check out time, but I get that check out time is what it is no matter when your flight gets in and they have to work. Again, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were and I hope the staff here are being paid well. There were shady characters hanging around the pathways of the hotel in the early morning hours. No issues with people loitering outside my room or anything though. The shower was clean and worked fine. The room had a fridge and TV but no in-room blow dryer. Room ventilation was very poor after a shower. Combined with the air conditioning issues, know that it can get uncomfortable in rooms after showering. Lots of fast food on the block where the hotel is located - Starbucks, In-and-Out, and 24-hour Jack in the Box. Definitely not my first choice in Vegas motels but it’s an okay option if you need ultra budget accommodations. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

Don’t waste your time The front office staff and most of security were great. I couldn’t figure out why they needed so much security but quickly found out why. Alot of homeless and drunks. I somewhat expect that in Las Vegas though. Not a great area. I ordered a king non smoking ended up with a full size bed. Now here is the kicker. There is ONE plug accessible in the room and that controls the frig and microwave. If you are a cpap user (or a couple who both use one) you’ll be disappointed. Not ever a good place to charge your phone. There is a plug in the bathroom I guess? Mattress is old and tired. Ironically they charge a 200 dollar deposit.l but I don’t think anything in the room is worth 200 bucks. I got to my room - shower head was busted. I have been here 7 hours waiting to shower. Called up front 3 times hours apart. Still waiting for it to be fixed. It ended taking almost 9 hours. It’s pet friendly but can’t leave your pet in the room for any length of time or they’ll lock you out and chew you out. They literally told me my dog had been crying since 6pm AND tearing at the door and wouldn’t let me know til they looked. Two issues. A. I didn’t leave til 8:15 pm and returned at a bit before midnight. B. Dog was in his crate. On the plus side- it’s clean. It seems the housekeeping staff does try pretty hard to keep things clean. And Robert at the front desk was awesome. Do yourself a favor spend 20 extra bucks stay at Best Western Casino Royal or anywhere but here..
