A few days before, I sent a message to Excalibur asking for a favor, since this time my wife and my 86-year-old mother were accompanying me to celebrate my 60th birthday. I wanted my mom to have a unique experience and a nice view of the Strip. Upon our arrival at approximately 12 noon, I checked in and asked if they had any notes for my favor request. The lady was very rude and made me understand that for the price I had paid, I didn't have many options. She said that if I wanted the room, they would give me one with a view of the pools, or else I should wait until 3 pm. I told her I'd rather wait until 3 pm. Later, when she returned, another even ruder woman helped me and told me they could only offer me room 13227, which was all they had for me. I simply asked if that room had a view of the Strip. and rudely told me I could see New York and that was what they had for me. I felt really bad, not because of the room they gave me! What was bad was the way they treated me. Last year on the same date was very different and they even gave me a free breakfast for my wife and me at the buffet. This time they didn't even welcome me. I think it was a very bad decision on my part to return to Excalibur. I honestly feel like I didn't make the best decision! ___ with Spirit Airlines. The experience was excellent.

BeeGee show was a must see Fantastic hotel. Restaurants and the show were top class _. We had dinner in the sports bar. The steaks were out of this world. The cocktails were beautiful and the house desserts _ were bliss. The food and beverage manager Ryan Leaf was around the restaurant checking on the tables and staff. We spoke to him for about 15 minutes. His knowledge on Las Vegas was second to none. It's because of him we have booked a week with you guys this September coming. Can't wait to get back.
