No bell man to deliver luggage and limited parking This is the last time I’m staying here. I used to stay a lot in the past, but they increased parking rates twice its $20 now and they have no valet parking or bell man to deliver luggage no more . This was the most inconvenient. Besides parking that is close to Resort tower is closed, and you have to park in the parking structure that os far away from the building ( 10 min walk ) The only plus is that the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely Disappointed I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was so bad I feel obligated. The room was not clean. No complimentary water bottles were provided, which I’d expect from even a budget motel, let alone a place that pretends to be top-notch. The coffee maker? I wouldn’t trust it to make hot water, let alone coffee. This place needs a serious overhaul in both housekeeping.

Pleasantly Surprised, A Great Experience For My Wedding Trip We went to Excalibur for a trip because A, we love Las Vegas, and B, we were visiting to get married. We weren't super familiar with this place, but it had reasonable prices and a decent location. The woman at the front desk let us check in early, and unlike other casinos, didn't charge a fee! Yes! When we told her we were there to get married, she upgraded our room to one with a pool view and it even had a little refrigerator which is HUGE, rarely do casino hotels have this, keeping water bottles and snacks in a fridge is a huge money saver! Our room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. I loved this place, the proximity to New York New York, and it wasn't far to walk to many other casinos to try other restaurants either.. The tram is right there to get to other places on the strip, and of course we mainly took Lyfts to get to other parts of Vegas. There are shows going on right in Excalibur, I wanted to see the male strippers but my husband wasn't too keen, haha. The little convenience store has awesome international candy, though it's super expensive, it is unusual flavors. I would definitely stay here again. One day, I happened to notice my husband had left a hair on the toilet (ew, I know).. I meant to clean it, but got distracted. So then I guess he put the seat back down, and we went out and housekeeping came.. They're so thorough, they clean underneath the toilet seat! I've worked as a cleaner, I know how gross it can be, but lifting the seat and wiping the bowl means they're really good :). They always replaced whatever we used, and made the beds etc.. I really liked this place. Also the pools were way bigger than some other places we've stayed, albeit they don't get very deep.

Room was clean... TV had bad picture Sink stopper was broken, and had to get hotel maintenance to come fix it before we could shower and get ready for bed... Check-out was pretty painless, except for instructions on how to get out of parking deck... Cleaning staff was nice, and provided extra towels.

Affordable, clean and safe stay close to the action My 3 night stay was great! The room rates where super affordable for being that close to the center of the LV strip action and unlimited in-and-out parking access to all MGM owned properties for $20 a day was not bad at all. The staff was friendly, check in at the counter was easy. My room in the resort tower was clean and the building was next to the pool area. I went with my kids and they had a great time. The elevators require a room key to work so that added a level of security. Pool area was clean, not crowded, not too deep and toddler/kid friendly. The brunch buffet in the food court area was awesome as well with so many breakfast/lunch options. I think the "smell" that is mentioned in some of these reviews is due to "sewer gas" seeping out of the man hole covers outside of the building when you make your way towards the structure parking lot. You smell it more or less depending how the wind blows, but note that i never smelled inside of the casino. Anyway, if you are looking for an affordable, clean and safe stay close to the action I would recommend this hotel. I'm definitely staying here again.
