Last Vegas trip The drapes had major dust on them. The headboard still had tape on it from something that was hung up. The shower glass wall needs caulked because the water has been leaking and crusty. A hair extension fell out of the pillow case and using the room key try and the elevators to work is ridiculous.

Nice hotel, slightly dated rooms but amazing views over Bellagio fountains. Nice hotel, slightly dated rooms but amazing views over Bellagio fountains. We were given a cheap upgrade to the top floor and the views were amazing. They weren’t completely clean disappointingly. Enjoyed the stay even though the casino is starting to date too. Only one pool open at the time and was quite small.

Flamingo-June 2025 Worst check in experience ever. Waited over 5 hours for an available room then didn’t get what we requested on reservation. Casino and restaurants especially Pinky’s was great. But casino bathrooms are a disgrace, with half the ladies stalls not working, others dirty, sinks not working and the ones that worked , the soap didn’t . I won’t stay there again. People at the diamond check-in were rude!

Disappointing Emergency Response at the Flamingo During our recent stay at the Flamingo, my sisters were trapped in an elevator for 30–40 minutes along with six other guests. The experience was not only frightening but also made worse by the hotel’s lackluster response. Initially, a security guard was present but left after about 10 minutes, saying he needed to call the fire department. Thankfully, the fire department arrived and safely got everyone out. However, what was truly shocking was the complete absence of support from the Flamingo staff afterward. No one from the hotel was there to greet the guests once they were freed. There was no offer of water, despite the heat and stress of being stuck in a confined space. One couple even missed their show reservation due to the delay. Not a single apology, no follow-up, no concern—just silence. For a hotel of this size and reputation, the lack of basic empathy and customer care in an emergency situation is unacceptable. I hope the Flamingo seriously reconsiders its protocols for guest safety and support.
