Five Stars for Ignoring Guests Disappointed in a recent visit to the hotel. I had a charge dispute and attempted to work with them to get it resolved. It has been a month and after several messages to the accounting team, completing their online charge dispute form, submitting feedback via their website, and working with front desk staff who were unable to find my reservation using the confirmation number or my name…. no one from the hotel has responded to assist me with a resolution or even acknowledge my numerous requests for support. It is the most bizarre customer service experience I have seen in all my years of traveling. I just don’t understand why companies in the hospitality business are not hospitable. Lastly, there were room cleanliness issues and other concerns that I could share along with photos but at this point none of it matters if I can’t get a return call.

Biffs last resort I went here as we always do for family tradition when we turn 21. My dad’s favorite. This year my daughter turned 21. By 10 pm there were many drug dealers in the restrooms and near just outside of those bathrooms. Also the entire main bar was full of hookers. Not even hiding it, they would solicit like they owned the place. Vegas is not some sainthood haven but this was well over the top and for what was such a nice establishment it was sad to see. Sadly I’ll never go back and we went at least 1x per year as a group. I’m sure in not the only one.

Decent hotel right in Old Town We stayed here as we like Old Town more than the strip. We stayed on the 22nd floor at rhe very end of al hallway..not near the elevators. Views of parking garages and the Strip barely visible. Housekeeping left room service cart and ild.linen bags for 24 hours. Room was good. Service good throughout. The shark pool slide closes at 5pm. Missed that. Pool aquarium cool with sharks and tuna. Claim Jumper cafenfor breakfast was average good.

This hotel sucks They gave me a confirmation with the prices and I stayed at the hotel. They jacked up my Bill The $647 for four days. I talked to the casino host which was useless, I talked to the people at the counter to check in and check out they were useless too. They don’t care about their customers actually if you wanna know the truth they told me that they don’t care so I just gonna stay at El Cortez from now on.
