Thoughtfulness and attentiveness make my stay feel super great. I booked two rooms for myself and two relatives, not sure how to make our rooms close together, I called a day or two before, the staff helped to make that happened. When we arrived, she recognized my voice, which made me feel GOOD. The price was good, the service was superb.

Nice hotel with decent rooms and amenities The room was spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable and everything worked well. The check in/out process was very smooth and the desk staff excellent. The breakfast was just ok but it was hot and offered several choices typical of this type breakfast buffet. Overall a decent hotel that met my needs.

Great customer service, clean hotel I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the service is always great. This time Tanya at the front desk on the morning of June 16 helped so much as I was finishing the business portion of my trip and my boyfriend and I were getting ready to go to Utah for a few days. I’ll be back in December, if not sooner!

Average stay nothing special The front desk person put 2 docent hold on my card for a total of $300, which was annoying and released 3 days after our stay. The roo. 331 needs serious work in the air conditioner. It sounded like people were outside the window shoveling gravel all night long. The toilet needs to be mounted to the floor, and housekeepers shouldn't be afraid of dogs at a dog friendly hotel. We were instructed to leave the tag about our dog on the door, but because of it or the room, did not get cleaned. $75 dog fee on top of a $175 room fee is ridiculous for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is ok if you like powder eggs and cold sausage. Thankfully, there are lots of good food options nearby. Hotel needs some maintenance if they are going to charge bougie prices.

This Hampton Inn Very Much A Let Down Front desk representative was very nice. I've never experienced this type of room in any other Hampton Inn. The mechanical noise from the a/c kept me awake for 3 nights!! Then I heard what I thought was a car outside wheeling tires. I followed noise to my bathroom where I found the shower vibrating & the noise so loud due to the guest showering in the room next to me. I can't imagine what they thought! First night I put leftovers in refridgerator & they were frozen & ruined in the morning. Fridge was set to medium, I turned to the minimum. That evening put leftovers in fridge. Next day, ruined because frozen again!!! 50$ worth of food! One tiny garbage can in bathroom is the only can in room. When I returned to the room 2nd day, they made my bed but left dirty towels, that were on the floor, & the garbage. I will never stay at again or recommend this Hampton Inn.
