Booked a Queen, surprised with (2) Double Beds Booked a Queen room. Checked in the day before online, stated that our check in time would be late in the evening. Checked into the hotel, went up to our room, discovered that we were put in a room with two double beds. Went back downstairs to ask what happened, front desk clerk stated that double beds were all they had left. I said it was unacceptable, manager came out, and with a very smug attitude said that hotel policy was to get the room that is available and because "we chose to check in late", the room we reserved was given to someone else. The reservation was just a preference. I asked to be moved to a different property, we were told to take the room they had given us. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew our only option was to get a room with two double beds. We left to go find a different hotel, and ended up at a much nicer property, with staff who was kind and friendly. Never trusting Harrah's brand again.

Vegas Gem Happy to have served my country and thanks for service the Harrahs community has provided to both myself and my husband. The staff was vey nice and was vey helpful! Suggest for more signs for lobby area and possible map of the hotel to see all what is offered. Definitely would love to come back again! This hotel is a gem of Las Vegas.

Time to move from Harrah's due to parking valet customer noservice For the second time in a row the parking valets tried to extort $100 at arrival for parking an oversized F350. The rude valets were previously rude and greedy at my prior trip as well. They should be banished and customer service restored; I will be moving properties and suggest that others give their business to other Caesar's properties and allow Harrah's to keep going downhill alone.

Reward Points for the win! We enjoyed the friendly staff, clean accommodations and great slot machine options that actually pay out. The cab fare is a set $29 rate and very convenient from the airport. Excellent location near all the hot spots on the strip! Check out the dueling piano bar.

Looking forward to a better experience next trip. We usually stay at any of the Caesars properties. This trip the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, having hair on the floor and in the shower. The bathroom was not stocked with an extra toilet paper and was very low on the roll. The room did not have a mini fridge but was equipped with a mini bar. The mini bar had a opened can of Pringles upon check in. We hoped that we werent going to be charged and took a picture just in case. We also had a problem with the a/c unit which maintenance had to come address. We did not do very well at the casino compared to prior recent trips.
