Nice hotel ... I just returned from four nights at Harrah's. The location is fantastic. The staff, everyone from check-in, the cashiers, waitstaff, and housekeeping are great. My only complaint is the lack of restaurants as most are fast food type.

Last Stay Upon check in we were told the room we booked was unavailable i was confused but he explained you only request a room ( never have I ever heard of this) so just because we booked it doesn't mean its actually available. Our then only option offered was a price increase for a pool view, we initially had a city view. So being we were standing in the lobby with our luggage after a long ride we said fine. Our room over looked an air conditioning unit and a corner of the pool. It smelt so bad it was hard to take till you finally went nose blind. Everything was water spotted and the room never got very cool. We have always been Cosmopolitan, Aria, and Bellagio guests and for our quick one night stops on road trips we wanted to start using Harrahs fot its convince to rv park and strip but after this last visit we can't at this to our list.

They want your money Reasonable facilities but so many extra costs. Beware of resort fees, early check in fees etc. Don’t touch the extras in the room e.g Gatorade $14.99, Water $16.99 l Caramel popcorn $21.99.
