Good for budget travellers but far from the action. This is a budget hotel at the very end of the strip. Comfortable bed. Room was a little musty. Water pressure was fantastic!!! Pyramid cafe has a delicious breakfast, great staff and large portions.

Just Pick Another MGM Location Room was old and dark. Ice machine was leaking so I almost fell twice while walking in the hall past it. Bartender at Flight did not want to help or serve me, don’t know if he was racist or just lazy. I was so confused by his behavior that I had to ask if the bar was closed, he said they were open, there is no menu, no happy hour, no deals. I just got up and walked over to the other bar in the middle of the casino floor and that bartender was amazing and friendly. Overall, a horrible experience.

Worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in, like being in the sewer The room at Luxor while physically not a bad room (in the Gold tower) the room itself smelled of raw sewage, is the best I can describe the smell. I did complain and they sent house keeping with a spray that covered the smell for maybe 5 minutes before the bad smell came back. It was so bad I checked us out of the hotel same day and got a room over at Paris hotel. I will never stay at Luxor again.

Unacceptable This hotel is gross. I've stayed at many resorts on the strip. They couldn't pay me to stay here again. The pool also was disgusting and smelled like a slough. If you try to speak to staff about anything, nothing will be resolved, no one will call back or give you the time of day. You will also have to stand in line for at least an hour to speak to anyone at the front desk. That includes check in or out. Save your time, stay somewhere that still values quality, or customer service.

Horrible customer service Paid over $1200 for a suite and I was unable to use one of the bathrooms for 2 of the 3 nights there. Ceiling was leaking on the 2nd night as was basically told ohh well. Maintenance stated that since Vegas doesn’t get much rain they aren’t able to determine roof leaks until it does rain. Was told it would stop in 30 minutes but it continued for over 48 hours
