It could have been better. The new room at the MGM was nice. But the fun stopped there. MGM is in the middle of a renovation and the construction noise at 6:00 AM was not worth it. WAIT TILL THE RENO IS COMPLETED. Also property restaurants close at 10:00 PM or even 9:00, if they are not busy. With reductions in staff, the housekeeping services, as well as other services, are suffering. While MGM mgt gave discounts, the trip was disappointing compared to previous visits. Come on MGM, you can do better.

Stay at MGM Grand The room was great except the air conditioner was lacking. The room was 80 degrees when we arrived and never cooled past 78 the first night so we put in a ticket with front desk for someone to come but no one showed. We went t down to front desk at 8am and put another ticket in. They showed an hour later after the ticket was placed. After it was fixed, It didn’t cool past 72 degrees. The room had a lot of room for us. The pillows were fluffy. The bed was a bit hard.

Another great visit! I have been staying at the MGM Grand for over 20 years and will continue in the future. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great. They recently updated the rooms and it was a nice facelift. Also the MGM Grand has the best pool complex with multiple pools and a lazy river.

Overall good experience with the new renovations. The newly renovated area of the hotel was nice. The room was clean and the housekeeping did a great job on keeping it nice during our stay. The casino was clean and the staff were friendly when we needed help. It was over 100 degree and the hotel air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat so that made it a relief. Some friends of ours were in a room that was not renovated and the air was not able to keep up.

Milk the customer! Why all the extra charges to milk your customers. Extra for early Checkin, self parking, late checkout, and self parking fees. These are all ridiculous especially when there is low vacancy, MGM needs to set better standards and have best customer service
