Terrible experience Got to my room to hear loud music from the outside since the windows lack soundproofing then I discover that the toilet wasn't working. Called maintenance before dinner and called again afterwards. When I came back to the room again later that night around 10, turns out maintenance never showed up. I headed down to the lobby to get some help, but the Marriott Titanium desk was already closed and there wasn't a priority line as the sign indicated. Ended up waiting almost 30 minutes just to talk to someone at the front desk. Problem was eventually resolved but the experience to get there was terrible.

MGM grand accommodations The rooms were clean and the staffing from all the levels provided me with excellent customer service, we dined in the restaurant at a few of the places, and the food was incredible, the bar staffing that came around the casino, took care of our orders in a timely manner, and once again exceeded my expectations

MGM is renovating rooms, and booking people on the rooms all round the noise. MGM is under construction. They are renovating the rooms. They are booking people in rooms above and below the rooms under construction. Starting all the noise by 7am daily. If you go to stay out late and have a good time, you’ll be awakened by the loud noise by 7am and it won’t stop til well after 5pm daily.

Astronomically expensive, great pool. Outrageously expensive. I mean, seriously…$16 for a Diet Coke and $30 for a cocktail? The pool is great, the room is comfortable and the bed is comfortable. The staff used to be friendlier at MGM and everything is so expensive that it’s hard to enjoy yourself. I’m from Newport Beach California where everything is very expensive and even for me this is outrageous! Vegas has lost its charm and has unfortunately become a machine to get as much money from you as possible.

Mostly a good review As a solo traveler, I went to relax by the pool and go to a concert mainly. Good: the concert was incredible, there were tons of food choices at the hotel, the room was modern, clean, quiet, and the staff at the front desk/housekeeping/arena were great. Bad: there weren't many healthy choices for breakfast, you can't relax by the pool because it's too loud and some of the employees at the pool weren't very nice, and you can't open the fridge because it will cost you $50. Um.
