Excellent trip Great resort. Excellent pool and amenities. Room was clean and very comfortable. So many options/attractions for both kids and adults. We will definitely go back!

Poor service We came to Vegas to celebrate our anniversary. The room was reserved two months in advance and we completed mobile check in the day prior to our arrival. When we arrived that night from our flight, we got into our room to find it was not the type we reserved. We immediately called and were told that nothing else was available. The staff said we would receive a call tomorrow from a room coordinator to see what was available. They offered us a room credit for the inconvenience. The next day we waited around the hotel for a call and heard nothing. We called again at 6:00pm because we needed to leave for a show. They said there was nothing they could do and we would hear from someone tomorrow. Again, no one reached out the following day. That was our last night and when we reviewed our itinerary the credit was never given and we had to call a third time in order to receive the credit we were promised. At this point, we are waiting for the refund to post to our account and never heard anything from anyone. The representative we talked to about the credit, seemed irritated that we called to discuss our itinerary to get it corrected. At no point, was there an apology or anyone other communication regarding our experience. This was probably our 40th time in Vegas and the worst service we ever experienced.

great stay everything went great got to check in they escorted me to the gold room gentlelman there was very nice the rest of the stay was the same all good

Not what is used to be This hotel has steadily gone downhill over the last 18 years. The look and feel of the rooms were slightly rundown. The AC in one of our rooms was not working when we arrived. Tubs drained VERY slowly. Leftover wash rags in the bathroom from previous guests.

Excellent employee Gabriela Bueno at the rewards desk, was fantastic and persistent. She helped me understand all the benefits of the mgm rewards has to offer. She is an example of someone who cares about a customer and will go through hoops to get an answer!! She has passion to assist a customer!!
