App no help This time the room had a couple of small drawers for underwear, socks, etc. Previous trip our room had no dresser or drawers and the staff would not address the situation. The MGM Resorts app is not much help when MGM locks you out of our app because you know our own password and it matches what is in their computer records. That situation required me to change my password. when I declined to change my password I was locked out of my app.

Always a Winner! NYNY is always the #1 casino on our list. Great food, staff and ambiance!!! We have been coming for over 10 years, and will continue. If you haven't tried it, you should! Middle of the strip, lots to see and do, and convenient to many other casinos without a far walk.

NYNY Las Vegas - the best vibe A hidden gem on the Strip! If you are missing the Mirage, this is where you belong! The staff and vibe are casual and the high ceilings in the casino make it feel open. Add to that the variety of restaurants and places to eat in all price ranges and it checks all of the boxes!

Anniversary Fun Hot Tub Suite! Room was amazing. Super clean and comfortable. Hot tub was perfect for after the long walks along the strip. Affordable and close to the airport. Always a good time staying at NewYork NewYork. Bars, food, shows. We had a blast.

1st time staying at New York New York and it was a decent experience, I would look at staying here again in the future. Bed was very comfortable but there was not a refrigerator or a microwave in the room so I had to depend on the ice bucket and getting ice daily to have access to cold bottled water, housekeeping was not knowledgeable about where to turn in my laundry for dry cleaning.
