New York-New York Hotel & Casino

Terrible New York-New York! The WORST hotel I ever stayed.If you can avoid to stay at this hotel PLEASE DO!!! We checked in late around 10 pm because of the flight delay and they gave us a crappy room! We can’t believe this hotel bought by Marriott and this is way too low of Marriott standards. My husband is a Bonvoy platinum member and when he wanted to upgrade all they can say was “ all room sold out” nothing we can’t do. They don’t even put us on the list for room upgrade. So move on to the room, they put us on the Chrysler elevator which is long walk from the check in counter and while we’re waiting for the elevator there 3 punks kids (Latino, age between 20s) dressed up like a gangster ( wear jeans below their bottom) standing there acted like want to ride in the elevator with us and sure enough they jump in the elevator and has no key card so they looked so suspicious and they got out on the same floor with us (32 floor) and they just hang out there, we felt so unsafe! So the room has No refrigerator, no coffee maker, no standard toiletries, no water bottle! But we found the COCKROACH FOR FREE! Oh they provide you an ice bucket! And when you want to go get ice you have to go down on 30 floor according to the sign so we tried but the key card doesn’t work floor to floor the stairs case has a sign for emergency only ! So we call the room service if they can bring us an ice so the answer is yes but they will charge you for that ! Or if you want the refrigerator you rent for $25 /day !!!! This is beyond ridiculous and screwed up system of the Marriott ! The hotel lobby smells like marijuana every time you walked by, old elevator and smelled. All we know is they don’t really care no matter what do you complain because they have millions of people visiting every year and small complaints like this it’s doesn’t hurt them at all. So we won’t be seeing New York- New York again!

Love it Always a pleasure experience visiting NYNY. My go to place. I love all the shops and close by restaurants in the area. If I have a concert, it's the best place for a room.

Quick trip Best check in experience in Vegas ever! Use the app and it was very quick. The hotel is easy to get around, easy to find things.

Summer short vacay Our first time to stay in NY NY. It was nice. Until the elevator is down and not working for few hours. :( Not really good experienced.

Would stay again Bed was super comfy. Rooms were clean. Loved the deep tubs! Got a room with view. View was just okay. Otherwise loved how many options to eat and shops were inside hotel
